Mattress Firm Clovis Herndon — Hotel in Clovis

I was on a market to purchase tempur pedic mattress so decided to check prices elsewhere prior stopping at mattress firm on Blackstone and nees location store is very clean but I felt very uncomfortable at shopping center with cops and homeless surrounded thank god I was with my husband so Tamika was great sales associate she had other customers as well so she acknowledged when we walked in very knowledgeable so we tried which one we wanted to buy she gave us suggestions how it works warranty that covers etc etc so I told her thank you for your time when I decide sorry to say I will go to Clovis and Herndon location so I did couple days later I went and Stephanie was our helper again she was wonderful nice and knowledgeable about the mattress but Tamika already put on system what we were interested in so it was easy for Stephanie to look and complete our transaction that way . This is our Second purchase of a mattress at Mattress Firm specifically the same location in Clovis on Herndon Avenue & Sunnyside Ave or Clovis Ave. They were very professional, helpful, and friendly actually both times we’ve purchased here Terrance was our salesman and so I must give him credit where it is due. I recommend him as he is not your typical salesman in the best way possible so if you go to this location ask for him! We are happy with our purchases I spend several days/weeks researching products before I make a purchase and have found both times that mattress firm has the best sales especially during and around holidays you will not find anywhere cheaper during this times yet your getting the top name brands in the mattress industry and the fact that both times we received electric adjustable bases with our beds for free, you just can’t beat it! I chose one star because I had to pick a star or I would put zero stars this place is the worst. Has the worst customer service I purchased my mattress at another mattress firm which was very nice. They had great customer service skills there but this place zero stars I would NOT recommend anybody come here for anything not even to pick up one mattress that you buy from another store. The sales rep that was there Leslie, refused to help or get someone to help she gave my daughter a dolly instead and when I went to ask why they couldn’t help put the mattress into our truck, she said that she cannot leave the store, but they were several other employees behind her, just standing there looking at me not even with other customers so that made absolutely no sense to me when I purchased the mattress at the other mattress firm in Clovis they said that somebody would help us load the mattress. I had to load it by myself while three men stood inside of mattress firm from watching me. Ridiculous....
