Update....I changed my 2 star to 5 because the manager of the store contacted me tge next day after the first review to apologize and offered to make us new ice cream. Thank you for responding ding so quickly.

The ice cream is always delicious; the problem is...the amount of ice cream served vs the price. If I'm paying $16, then that serving had better look like the advertised picture on their website!!!! Husband ordered the chocolate devotion; and as you can see, the serving is under the rim. I ordered the berry berry good and the only reason mine looks as advertised is because I requested the server to not chop and mutilate it. When you hire high school students, there should always be an adult supervisor monitoring the performance and output of the product to ensure the quality and quantity is appropriate. Worst service!!! Just went there, One of the girls said "sorry were not doing samples today". Um ok. Is this standard? Or just for today? Anyways, we were the only people there and they were rushing us to pick what we wanted. There were 4 people working there and not one of them were friendly or had any sort of personality. As soon as we were served they all walked into the back. They remained there the entire time we ate. After we were done, I went up to the counter to ask for a lid but everyone was in the back. After waiting for a few moments, I said “excuse me” waited for a few more moments and still nothing. I actually had to open the door as if I was a new client walking in to get any sort of response and have someone come out...

I love the ice cream but every time I go there, every person has such a bad attitude. They have no shame in rolling their eyes, twiddling their fingers like your taking too long to decide. If you ask for extra stuff they huff and puff. I never complain but this has happened 5 times minimum and EVERY time I leave them a great tip. My last visit was close to closing time, I ordered with their attitude in full effect and then paid with my card. The girl literally snatched the card, rushed to push me aside and dismissed me without even a thank you when I put cash in the jar. Not happy with the customer service but I do love...
