Came to this Carl's Jr as it is closest to my house. This is not the first time this location has got my order wrong. It is very frustrating. Cashier i was dealing with was Mireya and not sure of the managers name. I ordered a double western bacon spicy cheese burger large combo and a number 2 cheeseburger with no cheese medium size. I assume my order is correct but when I get home, the number 2 has cheese and I have no fry with my combo. Out of frustration, I call first to see if I can speak to someone and the number listed on google maps, it rings and rings and rings and finally nothing.
I come back with my receipt and I notice the cashier ringed my order separately, meaning just the burger and drink, no fry. When I initially ordered my double bacon burger, she asked if I wanted a combo and I said yes, large drink. That would imply and confirm what I wanted. When I arrive back to the location, I am met with Mireya and I tried explaining to her that the order was not correct. She replies that the order was correct and I confirmed what I ordered, but in a rude tone. I explain that the other part of my order was wrong as it had cheese. Mireya replies that she will replace the burger but no fry. I rely back that because you guys messed up my order, that now I get no fries and you want to charge me for it. Where is the customer service? I ask to speak to the manager and explain my frustration with they're service in the past and the attitude I'm met with is, we aren't going to replace the fry and only the burger. I explain the burger was done correctly is now sitting at home cold at this point and no sense of trying to help me, other than replacing the burger that had cheese on it. A very simple fix, I asked that respectfully that I think my order in it's entirety should be replaced without drinks for they're mistake.
Again the manager replies that she will not do that and I decided to end the conversation. Again where is the customer service, I've been a customer for a very long time and never been met with this type of service. Very sad and unfortunately I will never buy at this...

I went back myself after hearing how they were speaking to my husband over the phone. My husband had to go back to try and get our order replaced after we realised the whole order was incorrect, we didnt get through anyone by phone, the phone rang and rang and no one bothered to pick up. Our food by this time was cold, they refused to replace the order, flor stated it's in their policy not to replace food if it not paid for!! How is it our fault you.re cashier myra managed to messed up our whole order?? It was her job as a manger to make it right, after all we did pay for our food. I apologized for my vocabulary but I was absolutely upset, how it right to be treated such a way, were are you.re customer service skills and manners. Patronizing my husband and accusing him of beign a liar, why was it so hard to fix a simple mistake? Well since she refused to fix something so simple ima make sure the owner hears about this, I know people who know him, so I hope it was worth it to make out experiencd hell. It wasn’t made with any care at all. The bacon was barely cooked not crispy at all. My husband is not a complainer at all when it comes to food he ordered the EL DIABLO COMBO. There was no sauce and it was thrown together he took a few bites and wrapped it up to throw it away. I ate a few bites took decided to toss the bun and eat the meat.
