Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Coachella

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! I definitely would not recommend calling this Domino's if you are hungry. I have been on the phone for at least 2 hours just to place an order!!!!!! All I have been hearing is the recorded message on the line and even managed to hear the end of the recording! The recording then began to repeat AGAIN!!!!! This store needs a dedicated employee to answer the phone. I don't mind a long delivery time as long as I know I have placed an order and will eventually receive the food. The employees are not at fault, but management should take note and make an effort to address the issue. I would place an order online, but the app does not allow for customization and limits toppings. Once again I would give ZERO STARS...

The Coachella Domino's is an excellent restaurant. I ordered three pepperoni pizzas online for my wife's school class. Unfortunately, I mistakedly ordered them online at the wrong Domino's location. The staff there realized the mistake that I had made and promptly called that Domino's location and canceled my order. They then quickly made the three peperoni pizzas and got me out the door in what must have been record time. I can not say enough how appreciative I am with the service and expediency that i received from the Coachella Valley Domino's. Every staff member who was helping me was professional, courteous, and an absolute pleasure...
