Patty's Raspados & Ice Cream Inc. — Restaurant in Coachella

My friend and I ordered 2 tosti-ceviche’s and I also ordered a smoothie. She got charged hers. They charge $ .75 cents just to pay with card. I was going to pay mine. I asked for a tropical breeze smoothie the guy asked what kind of ice cream I want I said the smoothie comes with vanilla ice cream. So he handed it to me and charged me for the smoothie. He only spoke Spanish so it was hard to communicate. He asked if he charges me for both to not have to charge me $ .75 cents twice. I said yes. Well he only charged the smoothie. So I said ok I’m not sure maybe he charged my friend for both. I don’t really understand what he’s saying. So when I drank my smoothie it only had vanilla ice cream. Not what I ordered. So I told him and he said he didn’t understand what I had ordered so he made me another one of what I ordered. So as we’re done eating and we’re about to leave he charges me for my tosti-ceviche and another $.75 cents. I asked why didn’t he charge me for both the first time and now I had to pay $1.50 just to pay them for my food. Ridiculous. Food wasn’t the best and neither was the smoothie. I usually only leave reviews if they are going to be good But I just had to leave this one. I went with my family and we were excited to try the Dubai chocolate strawberries. from the photos It looked like fresh strawberries with even layers of the chocolate and pistachio, and When we got it, it was so disappointing. It also is extremely overpriced. It is $17 and they gave me a cup that feels like all frozen strawberries and I can tell they weren’t even fresh and then frozen. Frozen strawberries from the grocery store and very little amount of chocolate it’s like they only put the chocolate around the cup and a very thin layer of it. The two employees working there tonight are really efficient and calm. There was a line of costumers and they calmly took care of buisenss un-rushed and efficiently. However, the biónico I purchased tasted not so great. The cream was salty and the consistency was to thick, almost unflavored. I don’t think it was the way is supposed to be served-or as I remember it being sweet. Tried calling to let them know but they are closed now. The 3 starts are for the quality of the product.
