A few days after first opening, I decided to get some take out home. Never had Jacks. Got home put food on table for the family. Looks good we all said. Well the chicken tenders are way to salty and tough. The biscuits are way to salty. The double cheeseburger was nothing great. It was ok. I told my wife I will give it one more chance. Now it’s a week later. I decide to get more take home. I Order 12 piece chicken nuggets and fries (combo). They forgot to put the fries in the box. Now your losing me. Coleslaw was very soggy and had funny after taste. 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, they where tough and excessively peppered. Nothing to write home about. Mashed potatoes tasted just like KFC? JACKS for me is no longer an option anywhere I go. Sorry Jacks, food not anything new. Accuracy is not that good as well.

This is 2 weeks later. Let’s try this 1 more time. I placed my order. Cashier asked for my name. I gave her my name. I stood off to the side and watched as several worked to put orders together. Total chaos in this one little spot for them to work. As I continued to watch, I could tell the cashier was putting my order together. It was a to-go order for the family. Instead of a big box, I get 2 smaller boxes. That’s fine. Correct amount of chicken and sides. Then my name is called, I walk to counter and cashier says, “Here you go”. I look at it and ask, “Where is the rest of the order”? She looks at me like a deer in headlights. I said there is a #3 combo and a large french fries. Wow! So I got my food and went home. Everything is extremely salty still. French fries had a strange cheese flavor on them. I tried to complete survey, ah no survey code. I can’t complete this. You asked me to try again. So I did. How much salt does your restaurant use in a day? Why can’t you get orders correct. I don’t see anything to be proud of at this establishment. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone and I will not be coming back unless changes are...
Read moreAt this location, I stopped in around 9:15 in the morning and there were 2 people in front of me waiting to order and 3 people waiting for their food. This was inside btw, the drive-thru had 2 cars but since my vehicle won't fit I have to go in. Anyhow I counted 7 workers that I could see. They were doing the orders 1 at a time or First in First out. After they got the food out to the ones waiting for it they took 2 more food orders inside and then stopped taking food orders. When they finally got to me I ordered my usual, which is 2 egg and cheese biscuits, 1 large hash browns and a large sweet tea. Then I watched my biscuits be made and placed in the warming tray where they sat for another 10 minutes before they were bagged and handed to me. Even the lady that was making the food tried to tell the 2 people at the front counter that my biscuits were sitting there waiting to be handed to me... Someone in drive-thru ordered 4 steak biscuits and they had to fry the steak before they could make those sandwichs which had nothing to do with my food that was just sitting there.
IDK if it is lack of training or they can't multitask, but...
Read moreProbably the worse Jack’s I have been too as far as service. I mean the food is made fine and tastes on par with every other Jack’s. The trick is if they have what you order. Or if they have it and you pay extra for white meat fried chicken. You can wait until they actually cook it or they will give you a thigh instead of the breast you paid extra for. And I don’t think I have gone through the drive through without being asked to pull up and wait, even when I am the only person in the line. Literally I have never been when everything was available, ready to go in a normal amount of time and the order correct. Something is always wrong. While I have been sitting here eating 4 people have come in from the drive through because something was not right with their order and it is not busy in the slightest. I will add, the people working are typically friendly so...
