I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. I’ve never had a problem at a Dunkin’ before. But this location....I live 2 minutes away but I would rather drive an extra 5 minutes to a different location because I know I will get exactly what I ask for.
**I will say that I only go here on weekends, so I can’t say anything about the service Monday through Friday. But the weekend crew needs training.
For the last 3 weekends in a row, I have had more than one thing wrong with my order. How hard is it to make a frozen Matcha Latte with coconut (4shots) and mocha (4 shots)? One time I didn’t even get the mocha, another time I got no coconut and 1 shot of mocha, then the third time I got 3 coconut and 1 mocha. I order this exact same drink every day Monday through Friday at other locations, and they all seem to know how to make it. It’s not like I made it up, it’s on their app.
I also ordered donuts and a bagel. They gave me a bag with my order. Got home, no bagel. Like all the other Dunkin’ Donuts locations, there is an order window and a pick up window. But this location will serve people at both the pick up and order windows. Creating a lengthy line of people in BOTH lines. The workers are very nice and polite, but they just don’t seem to care. Read moreEasily the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. They don’t have any donuts, have no idea how to make anything, and clearly aren’t being managed properly.
Ordered a pumpkin spice latte with almond milk and an iced donut, sat there for 10+ minutes before an employee said “are you waiting on something?”
… no I’m just sitting in front of the mobile order stand for no reason. Yes I’m obviously waiting on something.
Tells me they don’t have donuts or pumpkin spice… ok so I say I’ll take another donut and just do caramel for the latte instead.
I’m sitting there waiting another 5-10 minutes before she finally says “your latte is over here”…. Put my latte on the counter behind where I could not see it and didn’t even put the sticker on it so no one knew whose it was.
Finally get to my car, take a sip, what do you know she used regular milk! Yay! Open it up and it’s the color of milk! Looks like she didn’t even put any espresso in it!
So what did we learn? Well I waited 15+ minutes for a coffee I couldn’t drink and a donut I did not want at all. Yeah definitely never...
Read moreWell... it's an okay store. The problem is there's teenagers that work here and they act as if the customers are disturbing them. I have been in there when the owner was there and he was so helpful and passionate and hustling to help customers and you could tell he really cares. There is one employee who should 100% be fired. His name is Tyler and he has an arrogant air and borders on being straight up rude. I just went there to get a coffee and I wait and wait and wait, while he made a drink in the empty store... a fancy drink that took him a long time and I'm sure he will enjoy. Then after still standing and never being greeted or told to wait a moment and just ignored... he went to make himself a sandwich. Finally I asked if he is going to help me... he said after he finished the order and I replied with that the store was empty and was he going to at least greet me or say anything???? So yeah... then he finally made my one hot coffee. This isn't the first time he's been rude and the kid needs a major...
