absolutely worst dunkin donuts experience ever. where do i begin? is it the employees who didnt smile at all and look as though they were ready to commit suicide in their eyes? or was it the fact that i waited 20 mins for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches while there were 4 employees in the store? 2 of which, who i assumed were managers, were in the back, doing god knows what. while the other 2 employees who had absolutely no idea what they were doing scrambled around to get all the orders done. there was 3 other customers in the store. one before and two after me. so not too busy, but everyones order was some how wrong. or they forgot something. or gave the wrong size. or didnt know where the straws were. simple things. all while the 2 other managers were in the back not helping at all. it wasnt until i started getting visibly upset and asking where my order was, when the other two came out and they STARTED to make my order. AFTER i even had to remind them what i had on my order. when they couldnt find any cream cheese is when i just left without my 2 sandwhiches because i was going to be late to the doctors now because of all this trouble. hoping that they could save themselves with the frozen chocolate that ive been waiting now 30 mins for, that i have in my possession, i take the first sip. and it tastes like they poured the whole bottle of chocolate syrup in my drink. absolutely positively disgusting. never coming back here. you shouldnt either. if i could give zero stars, i would. id probably even give it negative...

Walked in on Sunday afternoon, 1 lady in line in front of me, 1 employee working, looked like he was preparing to go orders. He never greeted either of us. Lady in front of me finally gave up & walked out. I continued to wait. Not excessively long but a “I’ll be right with you folks” would have been very nice. No biggie. Ok he finally walks up. Says nothing. Just walks to the register and looks at me. I say Can I please have a medium cold brew with cream. He rings it in. Still says nothing. I pay he goes off to make the coffee. Finishes and mumbles something to me as he is setting the coffee down on the other end of the store. I am still at the register. I walk down to get the coffee. And I said thank you. He doesn’t even look up. I again said thank you, louder. Still no reply. Now Im pissed. I say “I SAID THANK YOU”. He finally says under his breath your welcome. No chance he didnt hear me the first time, I was very close to him and I spoke with a clear loud voice.
Just absolutely rude. Should never be allowed to work directly with customers.

Read moreMy expectations were not high, given this is a gas station location. However, things were even worse than expected. I did a mobile order. I went in and waited near the pick up area for five minutes. Someone then comes over and asks what I am waiting for and I tell them a mobile order. It turns out they hadn’t even noticed the ticket come through. I’m then informed they are out of everything bagels. For some reason, it then takes about ten minutes for them to make a single breakfast sandwich. Once I finally get the sandwich, I had to waive down someone since I also ordered two donuts, which I didn’t receive. I get a dirty look and nothing is said but I get the donuts. After leaving, I realize the bagel for the sandwich is hard as a rock and completely inedible, and on top of that it’s the wrong sandwich. I ordered sausage but received bacon.
Suffice to say, this was a terrible experience and I will never go...
