On June 20, 2020 at 1:57 in the afternoon I ordered two french fries inside this McDonald's as I was standing there watching her watch the woman not wearing gloves touching all the french fries as she would pick up the french frys to put in the bag she would pump her hand around the top of the fries touching all the fries with her bare hand and when she didn't do that sometimes she would stick her thumb in the back holding the cardboard and enter it into the bag again touching all the french fries when I noticed This happened I politely said excuse me ma'am you just touching everybody's french fries I watched you touch them all why aren't you wearing gloves she nasty looked at me and said in a nasty voice I'm not wearing gloves I said well are you the manager she replied yes I said well you should not be touching the french fries she said don't worry about it and she told another girl to go over there and get two french fries for me and put it in my bag I continue to watch her palm the fries with her hand at one time she was even rubbing her eye she continue to do this and I looked at her asked can I have your name please she ignored me I asked it again can I have your name you say you're the manager can I have your name she ignored me I asked the other coworker if I can have her name and she told her not to tell me I again asked her you're the manager and you refuse to give me the name can you give me a number of the corporate office she ignored me but I told her that she's infecting everybody else in the drive-through line with all the french fries she is touching with her bare hands I continue to watch her touch every french fries with her hand and she refused to acknowledge me while I was there at least nine cars were affected by your hands on the french fries out of nowhere a person shows up and says she's the manager this woman did act politely and acted like a manager I advised her that this woman Who is not wearing gloves told me she is the manager this young lady said to me well she is in charge when I'm not here and I told her story that only she refuses to wear gloves she has an attitude yelling that she's not going to wear gloves . I explain to her it's one thing if she made an honest mistake and didn't realize she wasn't wearing gloves but that was not the reason she snapped back at me saying I'm not wearing gloves and a nasty voice and continued to touch french fries palming ran right over to the container on the top of all the fries with her hand had no care in the world how many people she made it infected I called the number as it was supposed to be a corporate office they took my information some gentleman call me that Monday basically says to me I'm sorry that happened could you give me your address I gave him the address I had a text to his cell phone and he gave me some coupons A couple days later I received this handwritten letter with a coupons inside I don't need their coupons it's a disgrace how after reporting something like this how nobody took it serious so does McDonald's think that handling this problem was sorry I might've infected 50 people today or who knows how many But a couple coupons for a big Mac should take care of things the person to call me was unprofessional also this is terrible I don't even think the corporate office knows about it it's a disgrace I think the Board of Health should know about the situation and I warn anybody going in there to look for...
Read moreSo I have been coming to this McDonald's on and off for 3 years since I work at the casino right behind it. I've gone multiple times around the times of 3:40-4:00am, and I've always been able to order no problem. But as of the recent months (3), every time I go now, I'm told they are only serving breakfast and only taking cash. Now, the first couple of times that's happened, I just guessed the system was down, but when I happens consistently, I begin to wonder. I visited Wednesday morning at 3:50am. Once I got to the menu to order, I was told to drive up to the window to place my order (and yes, only breakfast and cash). This time I had some cash on me so np. The car in front of me got their order and left. Once I got to the window the manager told me thr usual speech. I said that's fine I'll order 2 steak bagels and 1 hash brown. She took the order and went inside. Mind you they are ONLY serving breakfast at this time. She comes back a couple minutes later to tell me, it's going to be minute since they don't have the food ready at the moment. I said no problem I'll order something else. She then says, "No, we don't have any breakfast stuff ready. I was confused because I thought that's all they served at this time. How is it not ready? Also, the car that just left got their order? I had a little time to spare so I say okay that's fine, ill wait. Now the time is around 4am. I waited until 4:35am to receive my food. From 3:50 to 4:35. That's insane. She did not apologize for the wait. Just said have a good day and closed the window. I also did not receive my receipt, because I would of mentioned her name. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a fast food chain, also it's 24 hours. How do you not accept card payments and don't have your food ready. Most likely I will not...
Read moreAfter getting out of the casino at 5 a.m. I looked for the only food that was open, and it was this McDonald's unfortunately. When I got to the drive-thru they informed me they were only taking cash. Usually this is due to employees stealing, and not ringing up orders. Of course just coming from the casino I had no cash, I accepted it and went to leave when I realized it's the only thing open.
So I decided to place a mobile order and pay with my credit figured that should solve the problem. Apparently it did not, when I approached the drive-through and told the cashier had a mobile order she said that she did not see one. I proceeded to the window and told her that I needed my food because the money was taken from my account. I offered to show the confirmation on my phone, and without even looking at it she said she would get the manager. The manager never came to the window, another employee came and looked at my confirmation asked what it was and Pierre to go make my food. As I sat at the window for another 10 minutes, I started thinking probably not a good idea to eat food that you had to demand them to make. When she finally came back and handed me my food I told her I'm not stupid enough to eat this, but at least you finally did your job.
I don't know who runs this McDonald's, or if the registers were really not accepting credit cards, or printing mobile orders. But McDonald's might want to look into what's really going on at the store. I know I definitely won't be getting here again even if it's the only thing within 15 minutes Drive. And I suggest Anyone who reads this...
