MCK Food Truck — Restaurant in Coconut Creek

Second time coming and won’t be back. I don’t live in Coral Springs, I live in Miami and travel a lot. Normally I would never write a review but a bad experience calls for it. My first experience was good but I did not get to eat my food because they made my order wrong. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with no onion and no peppers and didn’t realize it until I opened the box when I got home back in Miami. I called the business and spoke to the gentleman that cooked my sandwich on the food truck and explained that I ordered with the girl and my order was wrong and as well I explained that I don’t come through Coral Springs very often and he assured me that the next time I come that they would take care of it and remake it however that tonight was not the case. I approached the food truck and the same women and man on the truck were there tonight from the last time. I expressed what happened and both acted like they did not know what I was talking about so I proceeded to order the same thing thinking maybe something would be taken care of but nothing was. If a business can’t take responsibility for their mistakes when they happen and correct them when opportunity presents itself they shouldn’t be in business. I would have posted this review my first time coming here but they said when I called that they would take care of me but now I’m writing the review because now after I came back and was not taken care of. Wonderful place!! The service is very quick and the food is just delicious.

We have almost tried the whole menu by now and everything is simply divine.

The owner is also very friendly and kind. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. He’ll always greet you with such a warm smile and if you have any questions he’ll be happy to help.

First time I came, I was a little nervous because of all the options and was scared to get something I wouldn’t like. I asked the owner what he recommended and he suggested the Colombian hot dog, so I went with it and honestly wow. Never had it before, and to be honest it was a lot but man was it delicious. If you’re a sauce person like me you’ll love it, if not it may not be the best option. Next time I went he suggested I tried the Colombian burger and that was just as good!

This is a place where I don’t mind trying something new because I know I’m getting something that is freshly made and honestly nothing has been bad.

i honestly don’t know where to start, i have been ordering from here for atleast 1 year now & this review has been long overdue. This food truck is hands down the best you will find in the coconut creek/margate/coral springs area, the service is always top tier and also very welcoming. It is in a perfect spot because it is very close to where i live and the scheduled that they are open always accommodate to my person schedule. i absolutely love almost everything on the menu but i have to say the chicharron with fries and the lemons have to be my absolute favorite!
