Wendy's — Restaurant in Coconut Creek

1/2/23 Drink was flat, perhaps canister needed switching out, food was terrific.service?? Not so much..TERRIBLE attitude on the "kid" w/ tattoo under his right eye, working window 1 of the drive thru overtly rude, wanna-be thug with an apparent chip on his shoulder either way, Mr (wannabe) Post Malone (if ordered through WISH) needs an attitude adjustment desperately, this synopsis also applies to another worker there w/ ZERO customer service glaring at me aggressively (like they were back in the prison yard) I mean they really oughta do a better job screening WHO they hire bc nothing sinks a business quicker than BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE or employees who think this is a correctional facility either way it’s INEXCUSABLE!! Seriously though, get. it....

I recently visited Wendy's and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding leadership of Manager Christine. The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant was impeccably clean and well-organized.

Christine runs a tight ship, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. Her staff is neat, professional, and clearly well-trained, working together seamlessly to provide excellent service.

I also want to give a special mention to the gentleman with the dreadlocks. Not only is he incredibly handsome, but he also exemplifies the high standards set by Christine, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant.

This location has terrible customer service. The woman came to the window after I place and paid for my order. She asked me to park in a parking spot. There was nobody in line behind me. She said it will take about 4 minutes for her to cook the potatoes. She wanted me to move to trick the time monitor so the managers and home office do not realize how long it takes them to service orders. I did not have time to wait and asked they cancel the order. She made a dismissive hand gesture and simply walked away. The younger kid came to the window and I repeated my request. He also was irritated and walked away. I left without food after paying for it. What a complete show of laziness and apathy. Never again at...
