I ordered my food and they missed a burger and 2 fries. They did not give me a receipt nor asked me if I wanted one, since the dine room was closed, I went through the drive thru again and told them I was missing food. They told me they would validate my request this one time without a receipt they failed to give me. Once I pulled up the the window they told me I had to pull up and wait for my food to be made. I waited more than 15 minutes and watched as more than 5 cars passed through the drive thru with their orders. I got frustrated and returned to the window again where they again repeated that without a receipt I would not be able to get my food, I then told them it was their fault and so they gave me my food I spoke to the manager he apologized and excused the restaurant because they are short staffed. The excuses they gave me were that they had to make my Quarter Pounder to order and so I question if all food is bot made to order. From the time I ordered to the time I received all my order I must have spent 30 or 40 minutes there. The first manager had a very rude attitude and the cashier as well. Read moreI understand that there is a shortage of restaurant work sees right now and that there isn’t a whole lot gratitude in working fast food but this McDonald’s is one of the worst I’ve been to. I went thru the drive-thru around 11am. It was a little busy leading into lunch. I placed my order, paid at the first window, got my drink at the second window and the gal was already confused about which order was mine. She had already push two other cars out to wait in the parking lot and she made me do the same. She was obviously more worried about her window timer than actually helping customers. I waited for 20 minutes and watched everyone else behind me get their food and leave. I finally walked in and gave them my receipt and told them I have yet to get any food. They looked puzzled and darted off to the back. A couple mins later someone came out with my food and just said here ya go. No apology from a single person and were quite rude. Read moreI waited in the drive thru line for at least 15 minutes. When I ordered, she didnt even tell me the total. She said "we'll give you the total at window 2." So I go to window 2 and the woman says some number and says "does that sound right?" And before I could even answer with "I dont know they didnt tell me" she was already walking away with my card. I was crossing my fingers it was the right order. I got my food pretty quickly after and was eager to get going. About a minute of driving away, I realized they never gave me my drink. I turned around and went in. She said "oh sorry we'll get that for you. We're working everything from these two registers" as she pointed to the front ones. It ended up taking 2 minutes because they had to go find large cups. As I was waiting the manager came up to look at the register for an order of caramel frappe and told the cashier that they didnt have caramel and the cashier responded with "well theyre already ordered" and the manager just shrugs and says "we'll deal with later I guess."
