I used to love getting food from here whenever I went to Spare Time, It was expensive but good as a treat! Recently it seems to have gone downhill. When a waitress started taking our order (we were a group of 4 at 1 table) she took 1 or maybe 2 of our orders, took their digital payment, (we all payed seperate) and then walked away to a completely different table while there were still 2 more of us clearly all sitting together. It took another 5 minutes or so to flag her down again to take the rest of the tables orders. (My friend who works in customer service said it may not be the waitresses fault, their manager may get upset if they stay at one table for too long. I understand that, so I didn't mind at first!) But then my friends food came out extremely burnt, they couldn't eat it at all. When I was able to I ordered a Pizza, since it used to be delicious! I've had pizza here tons of times! Here they have 2 kinds: cheaper flatbread, and more expensive normal pizza. When the pizza came it was flatbread, I had ordered and already payed for the normal pizza. When I tried to bring this up to the waitress she insisted that what I had in front of me was in fact their normal Pizza. It was maybe 1-2 centimeters thick, dry, mostly sauceless, and crunchy. So either they have no difference in pizzas anymore and are upcharging for a flatbread for no reason while saying it's not flatbread, or the waitress was incorrect. I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially such long Karen-sounding ones. But I spent a while, at least a month, thinking this through and it was an expensive bill to pay for everything to have gone wrong for everyone at the table. I kind of don't want to mention it because I know the stereotype, but the waitress avoided using pronouns or titles for everyone at the table, but called me ma'am. I'm a guy, but I was the only one at the table wearing a pin on my chest that had my pronouns. I had even gotten out of a meeting and still had my nametag on. No one at the table was happy and...
Read moreThe burger was fine but the problem was that I laid cash on the table to pay and the manager refused to take cash! You cannot pay cash when you eat at this establishment! I had heard that we're going to an all digital dollar but could not believe that legal tender for all debts public and private would be refused! On the way out I checked everywhere and nowhere is it posted that they do not accept cash!
I would just like to add after being responded to that I checked everywhere near the entrance and inside the entrance and there was no ATM to convert my cash to a plastic card. In the end it worked out fine because I just handed him $30 which left about a 35% tip and I was happy but you know being this woke can go too too far sometimes because I read the other review about people's pronouns. Just freaked me out because America is going to be so taken back when they announced the new digital dollar and businesses are just going along with this very willingly and I have more credit than I care to announce but I choose to pay cash when I go to certain places and it was...
Read moreExciting menu and plenty to do here. Food isn't 5 star, but it's a bowling alley, and it has a huge, very expensive arcade and Lazer tag, so what more do you want? I would deffinetly have a kids' birthday party here and order pizzas any day of the week, but that's about it. Our flatbread was burnt, and the sauce didn't have much flavor. The crispy chicken salad was disappointing, with only a small portion of chicken on it, in my opinion. The "famous" garlic parm fries had a tiny dusting of garlic powder on them, seemed like very little effort for something that shouldn't take a lot of effort to be well done. The server was absent most of our visit, and we deffinetly felt like we were...
