Starbucks — Restaurant in Colchester

My girlfriend collects the Been There Mugs and I wanted to get her the Vermont one as I was on vacation visiting my grandparents. We went to this Starbucks looking for the mug but didn’t see it. A worker who was off the clock named Grace was sitting near us doing work on her lab top and overheard our conversation. She said they may have the mugs and went out of her way to the back to look if they had any. They did not have any but called her friend who worked at the Starbucks in Essex and asked if they could reserve one for me as we went over to buy it. Grace went above and beyond to find me the mug and I give her my highest praises. She wasn’t even on shift and she still gave us excellent service. I applaud both the Colchester and the Essex Starbucks for helping me...

I have been here a few times and every time the order has been wrong. When I wait to ask someone for help they are usually talking to each other behind the counter and not paying attention to the counter. I know it’s a frustrating job and people are idiots but its frustrating to repeatedly have to pay for orders that are completely wrong. I have worked in the service industry and totally get it but work on the details…. Today’s order was fixed with no issue but it took awhile to get someone’s attention. The girl that gave me the coffee completely walked away when and didn’t say a word when I said I was missing something...

I don't think I've ever been more disappointed with a Starbucks. The staff wasn't rude, but everything I tried to order was shot down and I had to finally just order something. Then we stood there and watched the lady make our order. First, she made the wrong size. No biggie, but when she handed them to us they were nearly completely melted, and we ordered fraps. Also the whipped cream on top was also melted. And they had very little flavor at all. Just milky. So disappointed. I had been to a dr appointment and had been looking forward to that all day. We will not be back to this Starbucks ever....
