I've honestly waited a long time to write this because every time I go, I have something wrong with my order. So I keep giving it one more try... And honestly I think I may be done trying to give this location a chance to get my order right. This last time, I placed an order thru the app. A small chili and a 6 piece nugget. I arrived and parked in the curbside pick up spot. After 20 mins I realized maybe I should go in... They were extremely busy, so I understand to practice patience. Which I did for another 35 mins... While I was inside with only 4 people in front of me. Again, I understand being swarmed with customers but the way they were handling the customers inside vs the drive thru... I would have been better off skipping the order thru the app and just going thru the line. It would have been quicker.
Previous errors, ordering and paying extra for a different bun, and getting no bun, but a burger on a lettuce.
Asking for fresh fries and getting fries clearly old and not fresh.
Ordering one sandwich, getting a different one.
Their customer service despite it's lack of speed is usually friendly and polite. Never encountered a rude employee, never got an apology for the wait time or the errors though.
If you have the time to wait, got for it... But if you're looking for something fast... You might be better...
Read moreI almost always go through the drive through and I usually never have an issue with any of the workers and it's almost always a pleasant experience. HOWEVER, yesterday I received the worst service I've ever experienced. I went through the drive through to get a free junior frosty with the little tag. I pull up and as I was told my total, I explained I had the tag for a free frosty. The worker handed me the frosty, and said "you should've told me that" before slamming the window closed. I ended up going back an hour or so later to get actual food. I pull up to the window and she starts yelling at me and my friends about how "we shouldn't have taken the frosty" before AGAIN slamming the window closed. She handed us our food in an angry manner, didn't even bother to ask if we wanted a receipt, and when we asked if that was everything, she responded with "uh, yeah" before once again slamming the window closed on us. (We ended up missing 2 items). My boyfriend has complained NUMEROUS times about her and yet nothing has been done. No worker should treat customers like that, it is highly unprofessional. Read moreWhere to start? walked in to order food for dinner and the place was filled with smoke coming out of the kitchen. The crew looked like they came in from doing yard work or just woke up. One guy tsking off his baseball cap and scratching his head then opening the Frosty machine with the same hand. A girl at the drive through with long black hair flying all over the place. The guy who took my order looked like he had just put his finger in a light socket, hair standing straight up and out. All the guys had scraggly unkempt beards, no hair nets of any kind or any hair tied back and they were all handling hanging over open food, fries, etc. Food looked like it had been slapped together and one burger has stale bottom bun so hard it was inedible. Fries were old and cold. Place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. One of the worst Wendys I've seen and I used to mange these places. Almost worst than the McDs across the street and that's saying something. If there was a manger you'd never be able to tell which one. Do your self a favor and pass...
