I have dined in this Wendy’s multiple times and for the most part, have had a good experience. I have a large family and it’s a great spot for us to all sit down at one place. It seems as though every time I dine in at this Wendy’s there is a particular employee that always seems to cause problems.
On multiple occasions there has been this same employee that lacks serious professionalism and radiates disrespect to not only me and my children but clearly disrespects her peers as well. I have watched her treat the staff with disrespect by yelling at them, calling them names etc. I have even seen her come to work in slippers and a robe and go behind the counter not in uniform.
The first few times i have witnessed this behavior I have let it go. My family and I dine at Wendy’s multiple times a week and she never fails to amaze me with her lack of professionalism and cleanliness.
If you dine at this Wendy’s please keep an eye out for a thin woman most likely in her early thirties. Who is usually in the back I think making sandwiches.

Read moreNormally I order through the app so everything is ready to be picked up at the drive through. The Wendy's app is great when it actually works! No fault of the actual Wendy's stand alone businesses.
This Wendy's location has their drive in lines move very quickly. Since I had to place the order physically, the poor lady taking the orders was having a hard time hearing me. I did not ask her to repeat the order back to me and several items I ordered were missing the addition and substraction of my specification on three out of five items on my order.
This has happened before (rarely) and I simply call the manager and he will have the incorrect items remade. Note: I am not a jerk in any situation like this in food and retail businesses. I can not imagine how difficult it is working in customer service related jobs from March 2020 when COVID hit! Be nice people!
I only dropped this particular event at Wedney's to four stars from five because of the small mess up on the order.

We went to pull up, get our food, someone gives us our food, we went to get a free frosty since we bought a boo book, I was trying to explain to this female that lady in the back said that we can get two nuggets for our dog, she said “this is for a free frosty” I tried to explain to her just two single nuggets, she continued to talk over me not letting me explain the full scenario and was yelling over me then said”I’ll give you guys the nuggets this time but just know for next time” again, I was trying to get out that we were told two single individual nuggets. She also talked to us like we’re stupid with the boo book. I thought customer service was a thing, apparently not. She also would walk away as we were talking to her after she asked us something.
