If I could give zero stars I would. I usually like going to this Taco Bell, since it is close to where I live and there are a few employees that are really nice. Emphasis on few. This last time I went is probably going to be the last time I go, especially after calling 10 times only to be forwarded then talked to in a very apathetic way.
I had waited 20 minutes in their drivethru and parking lot after prepaying. Mind you, I was the only one there. It was 20 minutes after they had opened. Doors were locked. Drivethru had no response. It took another employee getting there early for his own shift to make them open up. I had only stayed since I prepaid with the app. Huge mistake and huge waste of time.
Once I got home, I decided to call them to talk with the seemingly absent manager. I called 10 times only to be forwarded. On my 11th I was answered by an employee and not the manager. Manager Alexis finally came and talked with me but said nothing but "she lost track of time" and "didnt have the headset on". Uhm... Did she also not have the headset on when I called 10 times or was the phone magically forwarding me as well? How can you be in a management position if you lose track of opening time: a very important time of day for your workplace? If I pulled the same stunt I would be fired!!! Upon asking if they have a main manager she said no. I asked if she was the main manager and she said no. She said a different manager will come later in the day. This doesn't make any sense. Waited in line for 20 minutes and the when I got to the speaker, the I told them it was a DoorDash and they told me to pull around. 10 minutes later I make it to the window and then am told they will help everyone in the drive thru first so I needed to pull around and park and it would be 45 minutes. I asked why because the food was ordered way before everyone in the drive through and was paid for. The workers were rude and threatening. The next day I called to speak with the manager and the female was nasty, rude and told me I should not have excepted a $8 order. Then a hour later another employee from the store called me. Now I did not ask for a callback or did I give them my number. I told them I will take it up with corporate and they state they aren’t owned by corporate. They have a lousey night shift, I ordered got to the window and asked to add something on the lady explained that the line was so backed up I would have to go back through the line... Ummm no stop being lazy and do your job!!! Idc how long the line was backed up if someone ask to add something on their order you shouldn't have a choice. And remember customer service is a priority and the line is only backed up by choice not force they need to learn how to get their line down its nobody fault yall slow and obviously need a new night crew.
