I visited this location this morning around 1130 I was in a moving truck and had to go inside the store,once inside I came into the location I came to the front register and waited about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged upon being acknowledged, I was only asked hey have you placed your order yet? I stated no I’m waiting on a cashier. I was told that I have to place my order on a screen in order to be served. I told them that I am unable to see due to me being partially blind. I cannot use the machine to place my order. She yelled at me and stated that’s the only way I can get my order taken because she too busy This is ridiculous that Customer Service is horrible and she needs to work on her performance as a manager. I am vision impaired, and cannot see and need assistance in order to get my order placed with your company. I am considered legally blind, and cannot utilize the computer. She will not serve me, unless I use the computer unit out in your lobby, which I had to use my phone to turn on my video to blow up the screen in order to look to make sure I take my order by myself, even after placing my order, once I did figure it out, they gave me a receipt of my number and my total she screened behind the counter and said my order was never placed. You need to go try again. I had to go through my phone to get the receipt because I press the button no receipt to show her that my transaction went through utilizing my phone Before she said, never mind, it just popped up This young lady is very rude. I’m professional and needs to learn Customer Service . Read moreI’m completely done with this KFC Location. I’ve tried on several different occasions to still patronize this establishment but to no avail, they can never give me 3 satisfactory visits consecutively. Because it’s located on Old National Highway, it’s very convenient, because it’s less than 10 minutes away from home. Tonight, I went through the drive thru as usual and ordered my usual $5 Fill-Up.....the one with three tenders. I always switch the side to the potato wedges, and I was sure to repeat it. They even asked again because the young lady said she couldn’t hear me. I paid for my meal and to my surprise when I got home, they’d given me the biscuit, the three tenders, the potato wedges AND the individual size mashed potatoes! No cookie, but I got mashed potatoes. I guess I could’ve checked my bag before I left but I shouldn’t have to, ESPECIALLY when I’ve made clear my order. I’ve always liked KFC but this particular location just doesn’t come to mind when I think of customer service. I’m not about to keep making a trip back to KFC after I’ve gone home. There’s always something missing or there’s no chicken ready, which I really don’t understand since the establishment sells CHICKEN! I know mistakes happen but I’m not trying to go through this every time I visit. Just give people what they’ve paid for.

Read moreI went to KFC on September 4, 2016 at 7 :30pm. I told the cashier what I wanted to order and repeated 2 times. I get home my order was completely wrong and I call no answer. I go back up there the little shift manger was rude. They fixed my order again. I go home and my order was still wrong. I call, they answer. I ask to speak to the manager and she said this is the manager ( very rude). I start talking and she hangs up on me. I keep calling and they will not answer. I call again and again, they answer and hang right back up on me. I am going to report this to corporate as well. This is the first first this has happen. Very unprofessional. If I do not hear from you'll farther action will be taken, because this is wrong. I know they were not busy. I want my money back, 11.. I had a #10- breast, wing all regional, double mac-n-chez, I asked the cashier was there extra charge for 2 breast and she said no and then charged me.
