Krystal — Restaurant in College Park

This was my first visit to a Krystal location. I didn’t know what to expect but I surely didn’t expect to be treated rudely by the manager on duty. This was 5/26 at 2:34pm. The receipt doesn’t list host , server or store manager name.

As stated this is my first visit, my daughter and I are at the drive thru and she makes her order and I’m still looking which she stated to the person taking the order. The person is the manager who says ok. I’ll check right back. How nice of him, he comes back and undecided me didn’t know what to order but he “ the manager “ says you have to make up your mind I’m on a timer here. There were no cars in front of or behind me at that time. I couldn’t believe an employee would be that rude, nonetheless a manager. We get to get windows and I ask the young woman who took my order and she said the manager. I asked his name and she said ummmm and turned her head to look back, she closed the window then came back with our bags. I left and was shocked that there was no southern hospitality.

Now let’s get to the food... chicken tenders were rubbery and the burgers were gray in color, mushy and I didn’t like the bread or the uncooked onions. My review of the food had nothing to do with the rude treatment of the manager, it’s my option of the quality of food. I’m glad I tried it but not happy with the service or their food, I will not be returning. Also my daughter ordered tots instead of fries but they gave her fries....

This was a very horrible experience more than one time. The first time I I just figured they were having a bad day the second time I just felt they was poor customer service now the third time means mean this place is very place is very , poorly ran, and need training and discipline. I attempt to order food for me and my children and was rushed through the drive-thru so didn't have the opportunity to complete my order. When I announce that I was not finish my order the young lady take them out order told me that I could not add anything else on to my order. And prompted me to ask who's going. What's getting to the window and paying for my food I was told to pull up and my food would be right out. Almost 20 minutes later I was told to back my car back up to the window to receive my order. I was Pandit multiple cups of soft drinks when I ask for a cup holder I was told that they don't have any. So I had to strategically please eight drinks all over the car. Then I was given my order which was oddly cood being that I waited 20 minutes as if my food was being made to order. To top off the completion of my horrible experience I asked for ketchup for my multiple order of french fries and was told it was in the bag only to fine 3 packs of ketchup for my six orders of fries. I’m constantly coming to this Krystal’s on Old national hwy when they’re posted hours state that they’re open and they’re constantly turning customers away today’s excuse was that it was a shift change and they were only taking DoorDash orders and we should wait 15 minutes so we did then he comes back on 15 minutes later and says oh I should’ve told you an extra 30 mind you there’s no one in the drive-through there’s no one inside the restaurant. There’s no line that he’s waiting on no customers to service besides me waiting the 15 minutes as instructed Super unprofessional Super Gettho I just wanna know why ? Make me wait if you had to intents on serving me this Krystal on old National Highway needs to close their doors completely to the public. It’s just a disservice to the Krystals brand at this point. I see why this location is already under 3.7 stars we had to drive alway to the Riverdale, Georgia location where we asked them do they shut down the whole store when they’re doing a shift change and they said That is not policy for Krystal’s and they do not know why they’re doing that or stating that the store only shuts down once at 5 AM so they can reset and just tell everybody reading this can know it was only 11pm i’m attaching my Krystal’s receipt from the Good location in Riverdale that was open just to show the date and time and that we did have to go to a whole other location...
