My 5 star rating is based on the tasty, fresh food, and I'm comparing this restaurant to other fast casual places, not fine dining. College town, fast casual style restaurant with Indian kebab themed food served Mexican style...naan wraps (burritos), crispy naan chips with toppings (nachos), naan quesadillas, salad or rice bowls with indian style toppings with optional side of naan, sides of rice and beans, guacamole with chips, and stuffed naan (kulcha). You order food from the counter, getting to choose toppings to personalize your food as you move down the line. Yay, jalapenos (otherwise the food is not very strongly spiced)! The food is high quality and is served in good sized portions. The prices were great, along the lines of other fast casual restaurants or taquerias in the area. Don't expect fast food prices, because what you get is a lot fresher and better quality. The staff was polite and patient as we took a bit of time deciding, since it was our first visit there. Fortunately it was very slow at the time. The decor is a step down from Chipotle, mostly just tables to eat, but not a dive either. It was dimly lit and quite warm inside for early spring, so I'll be interested to see how hot it gets...

Came to the Virtual X Kitchen's Yelp Event on Wednesday, and I was so impressed that I couldn't resist returning to try their Krazy Kebob menu today. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I ordered two spicy chicken kati rolls along with a side of masala fries, and I am still in awe of how perfectly the flavors melded together.

It is evident that Chef Nomie and his talented staff have a deep understanding of flavors and culinary artistry. The chicken was tender, succulent, and infused with just the right amount of heat. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes, with the softness of the roll beautifully complementing the boldness of the chicken. The fries were seasoned perfectly. The balance between the crispy exterior and the fluffy interior was spot on.

I am already looking forward to my next visit to Virtual X Kitchen. Chef Nomie and his team have truly created something exceptional with their Krazy Kebob menu. If you're a fan of innovative flavors that leave a lasting impression, this is the...

Let me start by the customer service, the staff were amazing and the owner was super friendly. We got the 1. Krazi Naan wrap (5/5) I got it with basmati rice with cilantro and lime and with chicken tikka and falafel ($2 more) but totally worth it. The chicken was cooked nice and the falafel had a great taste. See the picture for the sauce combinations. Everything was super tasty and for a price of $13. It will definitely come for two meals. Khati Roll (5/5) The roll was soft and the meat was cooked perfectly with a kick of spice to it. 3. Mango lassi (4/5) it was good but I have had it better. We got a extra side with our order but they ran out of it and I asked to substitute for lassi and offered to pay the difference but the owner said it’s on the house. It was such a nice gesture from him when all the local places are suffering from COVID. I highly recommend the place if you are craving for Indian food. Kudos to the staff as well. If you are thinking of their toogoodtogo surprise box, DON'T even try!! I had their regular food which are not bad. So I ordered their surprise box because if it were their extra food from regular menu it may not be bad even if it's all vegetables. However! They provide the surprise box in a really bad way. I got two boxes of spaghetti with JUST marinara sauce. Remember this is a kebob place, I was expecting at least sth close to "mixing Indian & Pakistani flavors with Mexican" thing instead of spaghetti. Seriously spaghetti from kebob place? It's not even on their menu! I highly doubt it's their staff's work meal from a day ahead.

Great service for the new location, ordering was ok using their promoted app Virtual Kitchen that lets you use promo codes. Friendly customer service on the phone and picking up. Note the place is now a virtual kitchen so you can’t order in-store or get free extra toppings like you could at the old location, even if it helps the store cut down on costs. Lamb naan pizza was fairly good, thinner crust than other place’s but more loaded with more toppings of the same number if not amount you’d get with their typical bowl or burrito-enough for 1-2 people.
