I would’ve put a zero, but there was no choice to be made as I walked in I had noticed how everything was unprofessional and outdated. The floor tiles were chipped. The gumball machines were scratched all to Heck. The doors had fingerprints and goo on it as we walked in I got scared and hesitated, but thought I would at least sit down because I was exhausted from our trip, and I just wanting to have something hot to eat. I got in line because I figured we would eat something fresh so I ordered hibachi grill with steak and shrimp, onions, green peppers, and so on well as I noticed when I sat down after he had handed it to me, I started looking at my shrimp, and there was feces all in the shrimp I also had gotten the salt and pepper shrimp that had feces all in the tail. My son said the steak tasted like rubber, and it had a bitter off taste, which really did that in for me, knowing that my son is blind, and he deserves to have the best of foods and somebody telling him what’s in his food, this really blew me away, and as I was walking up to the bar, I noticed the food Did not look good. At that point I decided we’re leaving I raised up assisted my son out and took pictures on the way out because I was just disgusted that I had even given this place an opportunity for our business very unsatisfied and I think it should be shut down For future remodeling and health concerns need to be addressed.

Let me tell you something—do not come to this place to eat. The food is absolutely terrible and not worth the money. On top of that, they overcharge people for meals they clearly don’t know how to cook. The steak was as tough as rubber, and the crab looked like some kind of monster from another planet. Most of the other food looked artificially colored, like it had been painted. Every plate I picked up had stains on it, as if their dishwashing machine was broken. As for the drinks, their sweet tea was so sugary it could send someone straight into a diabetic coma, and every soda I tried was completely flat. Lastly, the service was just as bad as the food. Our server never came back to offer drink refills or check on us at all. On top of that, the wait time was ridiculously long. And to make matters worse, the whole meal cost me $200 for my family—an outrageous price for such a terrible experience. I was completely disgusted! Save your money and go somewhere else—this place is not it!

I came here yesterday and nonetheless my boyfriend found hair in his food. After talking to the server she tried to deny the fact that it was hair then when I spoke to the manager she said it’s because kids come in and when they grab food sometimes their hair falls in the food and that she would put new rice out. It honestly made my boyfriend and I lose our appetite. I didn’t even finish the one plate that I grabbed because the food was cold, not many options and just honestly a waste of money.After asking for a refund I was denied a refund and then told I’d only get a partial refund because we had already sat down and ate.(which I didn’t receive because I paid with Apple Pay and she claimed I needed my actual card to receive the partial refund) Not to mention she was counting the plates so she was obviously watching our table. We didn’t come here to pay for plates we came here to enjoy some food and didn’t enjoy anything. I do not recommend.

Im the Girlfriend who was here today for Mother’s Day to eat. The place was so crowded it took 20 mins to get seated after paying 52$ (drinks not included) for me and my boyfriend. It was very unorganized and hectic. I had some sushi, which was very bland and boring. It also made me sick.. My boyfriend said the lobster was like chewing on an eraser. He said the crab legs (if that’s what you want to call them) tasted like a salt lick. I had a couple pieces of fruit, which I could have cut myself at home. I informed the staff that the bathrooms were filthy and disgusting. There was puke on the floor feces on the back of the toilet trash everywhere and 30 minutes later when I went to wash my hands it was still the same. Pictures included of the restroom. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was a waste of money and I will never go there again. We should’ve went to McDonald’s.

Take this from someone who doesn't go to many buffets. I'm very happy with our decision to give this Sakura buffet a try for a family event. I vehemently recommend visiting and enjoying their hospitality. Taking in consideration the high amount of traffic they received makes their great service attention a welcomed surprise! Whenever we are in the area we will visit again.
