Snapper's Fish , Chicken And Pizza — Restaurant in College Park

Heading home and decided to stop in for some wings. I haven’t been to this spot in a while but I can’t forget the food.

Upon walking in, the main area is super open. There are a few tables along the wall so if you decide to eat in you can. I walked to the window and began to explore the menu. With wings on the brain, I decided on the 10 piece with fries. As I greeted the lady behind the window, my greeting was not reciprocated. It was as if she just wanted me to place my order and move. Bear in mind, there was no one in line so an act of kindness would not have slowed down the order taking process.

Once my order was placed I took a seat as I could wait for my food. While observing the interactions I was able to conclude that it wasn’t just me who wasn’t getting good service, it was an ongoing factor. I was truly taken aback by this.

Once my order was ready, I walked back to the window, retrieved my bag, and said “thank you!” As I anticipated, my thank you was met with a null response. Again, an act of kindness has never hurt anyone.

The Food: The wings were absolutely AMAZING! I’m talking Golden Fried, Well Seasoned, and Fresh out the grease!!!!! This is how a wing should be winginnnnnn…. The fries were crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle like a thick cut fry should be… The food was as good as I remembered it to be, if not better.

Overall, the food will have me return, however, the lack of customer service will not make me a frequent customer… As a consumer, I have so many options when it comes to where I spend my money. I would think that a “Hello” and “You’re Welcome” would come with the prices...

My experience with this place was far from pleasing.. I ordered 2 boxes of 8 piece chicken wings and 3 pieces of snapper fish.. We placed the order at 1am and did not receive the food until 2:48 am.. Everything in the order was ok except for the fish.. They sent Tilapia instead of snapper.. I called the restaurant and informed them of this.. I was instructed to take a picture of the fish and send it to them which I did..

The manager then “told” me,, it was snapper.. I then informed him I was born and raised in Jamaica by the seaside and I know the difference between the two fishes.. He said its Snapper , I informed him it’s not.. it’s Tilapia ,, I also informed him that this was not the 1st time ordering from them, the breading was the same but the fish is not snapper.. He was so in himself that he couldn’t take the time to understand what I was saying to him.,

I had to remind him , I know the difference between the two and he was wrong., He then proceed to tell me he will give me a $12 refund and not the full refund which was ok.. I tried to explain to him that the fish was incorrect and I was not trying to be difficult.. He was by no means interested in what I had to say.. I said to him, “Sir, as the consumer, please listen to what I’m saying, he raised his voice and told me he is already giving me a credit and he did not have to.. I then informed him I would dispute it.. He hang up the phone and that was that.. They will never get another dollar of my hard...

This a.m. was my first time EVER trying this place..! I Door Dash at this restaurant…how I know about it. It’s 2 of us and we were starving..! I thought of this place because of the area and the time…I called in my order…2 plates (wings and fries & gyro and fries). The young lady on the phone was kind of dry, but we’re hungry…I placed the order‼️ I go inside to pick up my order, which was $25.78…no drinks with the order ‼️ My wings were dry and didn’t have much sauce on them…the gyro was so dry…There was barley any sauce on the sandwich…I counted the fries and they were enough for a kids meal. The inside was desert…My wings were all drums and when I asked is that how the meal comes…young lady told me that that was all they had. She could have told me on the phone and given me the option to order something else or accept what they had. The response really upset me. I will be telling my friends and family about this lady because she is the only one whom is EVER there serving, when I go there. I will be looking up the information on this restaurant to see how there scores fluctuate and to see if I can make some type of difference for the next person that was treated and...
