Subway — Restaurant in College Park

Best Subway I have ever been to, and I've been going for around 20 years!

The manager, Amanda, who served us, is the most personable, professional and considerate Subway employee I have ever met. She gave us the best customer service experience I have had at a Subway, and maybe even in general. She offered us the option to toast our sub with veggies, and quarter the sub, and also put a sticker on the wrap around the sandwich to make sure it didn't unravel--things which no other employee has ever mentioned in the years I have gone to Subway! And she was even extra sensitive to my preferences as a vegan.

Unlike some Subway employees, she was very attentive and patient (not distracted or acting as if customers were a nuisance) and offered helpful suggestions for various items. On top of that, the store was one of, if not the cleanest Subways I have ever been in.

I usually don't give reviews, but I had to for this. Just exceptional leadership and integrity on display, and I will definitely be coming back and...

2/15/18 visit about 6pm: basically only a few loaves of baked bread left with choice of wheat-cheese and white breads, customer service was not the greatest especially by the foreign female worker, this same worker wouldn't honor an order for child's sandwich because she firmly said we don't have child sandwich bread, despite that not being the customers fault she persisted on her position of no, until the Mgr was called, and of course he over turned her decision and made sandwich based on bread choice available.

I had a coupon but yet she rang me up full price on sandwich until I corrected her, and then she had to re-ring my order because she overlooked other items in front of her that I had placed on counter. My first time here at this location, perhaps she had a bad day. I will try one more visit before I decide not to return to...

7/27/19 I ordered a Steak and Cheese Wrap around 10:00. Let me tell you when the driver delivered it I was so happy. First they included napkins in the bag. That's rare on delivery orders so thank you very much. Next I opened my sandwich. I asked for a spinach wrap with onions lettuce tomatoes banana peppers mayo provolone cheese salt and pepper and sweet onion sauce with brown mustard. Guess what? That's exactly what I got.

Why am I making a big deal? Because restaurants usually do not pay attention to detail but whomever is working there on this day is making their customers happy. The sandwich is better than any cheese steak variety I've had since I've been in Atlanta. I'm from Philly. Subway could stand to share whatever meat their using. It was delicious.
