I have been a loyal patron of Grand Station Entertainment for nearly 15 years, and in the past 8 years, my visits have become even more frequent due to my children's enthusiasm for this place. With its wide array of activities, such as bowling, arcade games, and laser tag, this entertainment center has captured the hearts of my three kids, making it a go-to destination for our family outings.
The laser tag arena is undoubtedly one of the highlights of Grand Station Entertainment. My children are absolutely obsessed with it and never tire of the thrilling battles they engage in. In fact, their love for laser tag prompted us to purchase a season pass, ensuring endless excitement for the upcoming summer. The staff at the laser tag area is always friendly, attentive, and ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Another aspect that has impressed me about Grand Station Entertainment is their food offerings. The pizza, in particular, has consistently been a hit with our family. The quality and taste are top-notch, and I appreciate the availability of a gluten-free option for my wife, who has dietary restrictions. It's wonderful to see that the management caters to different dietary needs, making it an inclusive experience for all.
One of the standout features of Grand Station Entertainment is its unique position in the local area. There are limited options for such comprehensive family entertainment centers in the vicinity. Grand Station fills this void beautifully, providing a one-of-a-kind experience that is unrivaled in the area.
Over the years, I have witnessed the staff's dedication to maintaining a clean and well-maintained facility. The establishment is consistently tidy, and the equipment is regularly serviced, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors of all ages. The staff members are friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns.
Overall, I highly recommend Grand Station Entertainment to families seeking a fantastic entertainment destination. It has become an integral part of our family's leisure activities, and we continue to create cherished memories here. From the exciting laser tag battles to the delectable pizza and gluten-free options, this place has it all. Despite the limited local alternatives, Grand Station Entertainment truly shines as a beacon of family-friendly fun.
My family and I are grateful for the years of enjoyment we have experienced at Grand Station Entertainment, and we eagerly look forward to creating more unforgettable moments...
Read moreI planned to visit on Valentine's day for bowling and mini golf. Unfortunately, I was able to do neither. I read online they opened at 12. We got to the parking lot at about 11:30 and saw there were many cars in the parking lot, so we tried the doors and they opened. We saw many people bowling inside and asked an employee "what time did you open today?" And she said "noon" despite it only being about 11:35. We went and played in the arcade for about 15 minutes and I happened to see a sign that said "mini golf opens at 2". We are not from the area and travelled to get there and had more driving to do, so we couldn't wait around until 2. It was disappointing that we couldn't play mini golf, but whatever we could still play bowling. Wrong. We had an email promotion that states we got a 30 minute time card, which we took as 30 minutes of bowling because it had pictures of bowling in the email. We asked an employee how the promotion worked and he said he would load 30 minutes of playtime onto a card for us and once it was swiped, the time would countdown. We confirmed with him that it could be used for bowling. He said all we had to do was go up to the girl at the front and she can get us set up to bowl. There was a group of about 7 young men in front of us who were bowling together in 2 groups but all insisted on paying separately, so we had to wait for them to finish (honestly about 20 minutes total) Once it was our turn, we told the employee that we had the 30 minute time cards to bowl and she told us they were only valid on certain arcade games. There are certain arcade games with a clock icon next to where you swipe, and only those games are what you can play. So now we can't play mini golf or bowl, but we can play some arcade games for a half hour. Except the card doesn't even work on all of the games marked with the clock icon and the games we could play were very limited. We actually left before our 30 minutes were up because it was such a...
Read moreStaff is incredibly rude. First, the staff in the food area.... I know for a fact it doesn't take 30 minutes to make bad nachos when I'm the only one there. Then, when they were still open for 15 more minutes, they told me that they couldn't make my French fries or get me a soda because there were closing in 15 minutes. When I inquired about why they would say they were not closed yet when they can't even get me a soda I was told "well most people understand" and then the girl just walked away. Second, the bars.... When it is closing time and you are making a row of shots for a large group you should also make sure the loners at the bar get their last drink. Instead, the girl finished with them and then proceeded to tell me that she won't serve me a frozen margaritta because it is past the time, however she would serve me a beer. If alcohol violates policy then so does beer. She should be fired. She was also incredibly rude about it. Third, never pay for anything more than the bowling. The mini golf is a joke. You will never find a staff member to run the laser tag. The game gift cards you get there? Yeah, the work on only the five or so games no one wants to play. Ripoff. Fourth, general staff interaction. There was only one person there that wasn't rude or pissy. I saw one guy yell at a kid for drinking beer out of the pitcher. He told him it was against the law and that he would call the cops. This is not against the law. Especially not in the town that is home to the ring dunk. This guy was just being a jerk. They also start getting meaner the closer it gets to closing time. The five minutes before they close you may as well be going yo prison. Rude rude rude. The owner should either fire or retrain the...
