Elegant Jewelers II — Local services in College Station

I had been to a few jewelers/ watch shops in college station and received good service in most of them, I a was a recently looking for something for my wife’s birthday and happened upon Elegant Jewelers. I say this in absolute honesty and confidence I will never visit another jeweler for the remainder of my time here! The family who owns and operates this store are amazing! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, they then told me my purchase options helped me file a credit payment option and even offered to drop the price to accommodate me! I was beyond happy with my purchase and the service I received here. I told my wife about the store as she went to get her gift sized she cake home raving about the friendliness and service she received there as well! We will not be purchasing anything from any other jewelers except Elegant Jewelers! Do yourself a favor and stop by their store you will not be disappointed! Thank you for everything I look forward to doing business with you again...

I attempted to have the battery replaced on my Bulova watch. They told me they were not able to do it after tinkering with my watch for 10 minutes or so in the back room. I go to another store and when they open the watch in front of me there is no battery to be found.... and on top of that, they say it looks to be damaged internally. I go back to this store and then they mention that there was no battery in the watch but they never stated this initially? This watch has not left my nightstand since the battery died earlier this year. When I confronted them about this they made no reasonable excuse and stood by their new story that the watch was missing the battery. It is apparent that they damaged my watch when removing the old battery and tried to hide it. I now have a busted 500 dollar watch that has to be sent in...

Shan is amazing!! He went above and beyond when it came to helping us with our rings. It started by me casually checking and I found a ring I really liked and he was offering a great price for it. My husband works out of town, so Shan offered to hold them for us. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency that distracted us. Shan followed up with us and told us not to worry, that the rings would be there to focus on our family. I ended up finding another ring I fell in love with online. I sent him a picture of it and the price and asked if he had anything like that in that price range. He replied with a ring the same style, almost a half carat larger, for a small amount more. Shan was also able to fix a small scratch that was on the brushed part of my husband's ring....
