I went here a couple months ago. I ask for a piña colada and strawberry smoothie. However when I received it the piña colada tasted disgusting and spoiled, trust me I have tried before when it was spoiled (in a different establishment, not a smoothie place) so I immediately knew it was bad. I asked for it to be remade and I told them why, they reluctantly and annoyingly made my drink again but used the same mix and it tasted the same, I told them again they said sorry i don’t know how to help you, pick a better combination next time. Even though this is one of their best performing ones.. so they made me feel bad for “picking a bad combination even though it’s a top seller, and also like it was my fault? Even though all they had to do was take a whiff of the mix and it would’ve smelled sour. but whatever I learned my lesson not to go to this one and go the extra distance for the one inside the heb! I had the same drink there and guess what? Amazing!! Also the customer service is a 10/10 at the heb location as well! Always helpful if you have questions. Went a few days ago and ordered a 44oz fountain drink. Walked to hot topic then Claire's. I maybe had the drink 10mins and it was empty. Only me and my bf drank it, we opened the cup to the cup was packed to brim with ice. So we had basically gotten no drink from it just a few sips. We went back to see if they’d give us a refill. They said they don’t do refills, we tried to explain the situation but they were being extremely rude. They said they couldn’t do a refill because we already drank from the cup and couldn’t take it back like what:| We even asked if we could pay for a refill but they said no. I'll be the first to say it..

This has to be the best smoothie place in the US. It has been a staple in college station and has been there forever. I remember getting a smoothie as a kid from there and over a decade later I'm still there buying smoothies. The owner is also super nice and I've had a few encounters with him over the years. He is super genuine and so are the employees there!

They're always delicate and have a lot of choices/combinations. My go to is always strawberry-pina colada.

I'd definitely recommend it to ANYONE I meet. It's that good. I've never had a bad experience and it's just that good! I hope both incoming Aggies and current residents of BCS who haven't tried this place yet see this review. I want others to actually try it....
