C.C. Creations — Local services in College Station

I have been apart of multiple student organizations and worked many times with CC. It never seems to fail that every time I place an order or ask for artwork or even try to communicate with the sales reps, I get terrible customer service. I have worked with two different reps and rarely is an email replied to or is a voicemail returned. The quotes I received always seemed to be way under what the invoice was. The products they put out are great! However the process is broken. Small orders or accounts are never taken care of. Every time I need to get something done, I have to go over the sales reps heads and talk to management. The front desk is the easiest to talk to and they do their best to get me in contact, but on two recent visits in person to get a jpg of my logo, I walked away with no logo and a message left for the sales rep to call me back...which has only happened once. I like working with local business but when they don't seem to appreciate my business, I will take my money elsewhere for better prices and better...

These people are simply the best! I have had decades of experience with getting custom shirts made for church groups, sports teams, and schools, in various cities. Every aspect about my order with CC Creations was superior than all the rest. From the initial sales contact with Leigh, to the artist Alyssa, to the pick up. Everything was seamless. The price was fair. The shirts were good quality. I was 100% pleased with the artwork. Delivery was on time, they called and emailed when the order was ready, payment was a snap, and they put my order in the car for me. Their kindness and professionalism was very much appreciated. I will definitely be going back to these folks for shirts, and any other custom order...

I recently was tasked with the job of ordering new shirts for our rodeo committee. I have been going back and forth with many different vendors. They all would talk a good game but none actually came through with actually sending over an email with some firm numbers.

Ernie with CC Creations was the first to actually come through. He was very responsive as far as emails and always made sure to follow up with me. The shirts turned out perfect! High quality material from NIKE, at a reasonable price, and the art was just like I wanted and the stitching is top notch.
