These guys are absolutely awesome. Please pay them a visit and give them a shot.

Please be patient with them; they are going through what looks like some common new store opening-related issues. I've worked several new store openings both on the new employee and trainer side and a new location often brings a lot of unexpected challenges and kinks to smooth out.

They had technical errors with their register both times I've visited, but the owner and manager are extremely kind and did everything within their power to make it right. The customer service from everyone I spoke to was awesome. The staff appears to be busting their butts and the mochinuts were delicious, if you like this style of donut. It is different than your average yeast or cake donut. I've had this style donut from several different chains over the years in Houston and was excited to finally find them here. Now all we need is a Beard Papa's and we will have the perfect holy trifecta of snack chains with Mochinut and Koala Bakery already being here!

The corn dogs took a moment, but k-dogs typically take a little longer to prepare than your average corn dog that comes in a package premade and pre-frozen. It also takes them a little longer to fry and cook all the way through. That isn't unique to these guys. The other spot around here that does k-dogs takes about the same amount of time to prepare my order when I visit them.

I haven't tried all of their drinks yet, just the ube, but it was super tasty. Just the right amount of sweet potato flavor, milky, and refreshing.

With a little bit of time, these guys are going to be rock stars...

To be honest, I feel disappointed. :/ I went today, Saturday night at 9:30 PM. The mochinuts were delicious and boba tea as well.

Here's the problem. I ordered Hot Cheetos Hot Dogs because the person said it was the only flavor they had at the moment, but when I received it, it was only the Rice Hot Dog. I came back to tell them that my order was wrong and they said they would change it to the Hot Cheetos, but they only put spicy mayo on top and added the hot cheetos powder.

In the pictures of the menu, it doesn't seem like the hot dog has spicy mayo at all, it seems like its fried with the hot cheetos powder only.

The fact that they did this in a rush is what left me disappointed. I get that they were about to close, but if they weren't gonna give me what it is advertised then I would have preferred if they only had given me my money back the hot dogs I paid.

It was the service for me. And though they were smiling, I didn't feel like they were being polite. I didn't want to take their time away though, they were about to close and I decided it was better to just leave a review about it.

Place is good, food is good, but the customer service on Saturday nights it is not, so I advise to go any other time. Unfortunately, my schedule is pretty tight and after 9 is the only time I have to get there. I was so excited to try the food and even though it was good, the experience I had it wasn't worth it at all.

I attached what they gave me and what it was supposed...

We ordered the strawberry funnel donut, an original donut, and a milk tea. The service was great, despite it being so hot in there. Their AC must be out because it was like 90 degrees in there. Anyways, one if the servers said she was out of strawberry funnels but could go make more, it'd just take a few mins. We didn't mind, especially since they'd be warm. We were expecting cold donuts since we went there at 8PM. So that was a nice surprise. When checking out, the cashier asked if we follow them on FB/ig for a 10% off, which we do! The first thing we tried was the boba tea. I have tried many, many boba tea places and make my own at home. So this one, while I thought their packaging was very nice, wasn't one of my favorites. I liked that the tea itself was strong, but I disliked the sweetner they use. It tasted like splenda. My husband really liked the tea so I say give it a try, you might like it. The donuts were unremarkable. For $4 each, I was expecting something different. This was a fluffy and delicious donut, but not something I'm willing to pay $4 for each one again. Just tasted like donut holes connected together to form a ring. As of now, I wouldn't go back. Their box says "more than just a donut" but I've yet to...

Came here for the first time. I was excited because I heard this business is from Hawaii. Sheesh, they brought the prices from home too lol. We tried their blueberry, original glaze, churro, strawberry funnel cake, and fruity pebbles. Each were delicious, but definitely not worth the price. The fruity pebbles were basically a blueberry donut with fruity pebble cereal toppings. They have 25 different flavors online, but in person, they had only 5 flavors available and they were almost wiped out annnd they still still had hours before closing. They weren’t prepared for a line that was forming and on a Friday night too. They make your hotdogs in the back. They ran out of boba tapioca balls so that was lame. Overall, overpriced for a slightly tasty mochi donut. A dozen donuts is $34 before tax. The staff were friendly, but service was so slow. There’s a small dining area and lots of parking. The phone number posted isn't their store number and you're supposed to follow their media page to find out what specific flavors they're having at that time. Also, they are cashless.
