This is the worst Starbucks in college station. Everytime I have gone to this location something has gone wrong, and it is always with the lady who has dark hair and a rounder face. She is rude and dismissive when it comes to errors. Today at the drive through I got handed the completely wrong drink and before I could say anything at the window, I got the door shut on me and she walked away. When I went inside to get my correct drink I heard her tell the staff something, and then got handed my drink immediately, without saying what my order was. A different time I got a grilled cheese and it took 10 minutes and when I asked on the 8th minute, she said it takes a long time to cook the grilled cheese, when at different locations or when she wasnāt working Iāve gotten my grilled cheese in 2 mins or less. The drive through speaker doesnāt work. I just paid $8 for my drink to be handed something that isnāt what I ordered, then to get handed my correct drink with the wrong espresso. Yesterday, however, I was going through the drive thru per usual and I see an emo girl with black piercing, who seems new, (I go twice a day, everyday) try to take my order of a āgrande iced passion tea in a venti cupā and she was struggling to find the options for it. I just hear her talking to herself, āohhhh where is it? I canāt find the options geez. Whatever, Iāll just make it in a venti cupā. Then I pull up to pay for my order and I tell her, āI want to reload $10 on to my account and pay with my account. However she has trouble understanding what Iām saying, and I had to repeat to her for 5 minutes the same phrase over and over again, then to my surprise she gives me my drink in a grande. I was just done with this whole conversation and just took my drink and drove off but she has to be trained right. And I donāt know what all this mumbling to herself the whole time is, seems very unprofessional. Never seen any starbucks employee do that. I cannot focus or do work in this coffee shop with how it is currently set up. I will not be returning until I hear word that it has been fixed. It's just so bad.

If you don't immediately see my layout and understand why it's better then please provide me with an email address so that I can send the PowerPoint I've been obsessively making over the last 2 days to convince a manager or someone of the need. I have literally done hours of labor for free figuring out the exact best way to set everything up.
