Short: Not sure we will return. Saturday about 430pm visit. Details: Many staff just hanging around the bar chatting.. Like 6 of them. Two doing side work but the others just chatting while customers were seated and ignored. Had to get host involved because the one server that was actually working was busier than a one-armee paper hanger trying to get things done. The manager (short old guy in purple) was useless. The host was doing all the work as it started to get busy. The manager literally walked back and forth between host stand and the bar in the hallway 6 times while looking dazed and confused and not doing anything or speaking with anyone. Looked to me he was avoiding work and was not a manager of people and the restaurant at all. Such a disappointment in this current staff and management. The place was actually dirty.. corporate office would flip their lid if they came here and saw what we saw. The place hasn't had a deep clean in quite awhile..if we had noticed coming in we would not have stayed. Noticed OTW out. The cooks and overworked server did a poor job on all the entrees. Dried out, lukewarm, steak overcooked, etc. the food took almost an hour to arrive. The bar drinks were ok but overpriced for being mostly ice. Soup was not hot when it arrived either but I love the recipe. Not sure if we will return to this location anytime soon as there are several good Italian options nearby. Just expected more from and $76 tab for two people.

Overall great service. Food is great. Berry Sangria is always delicious. Unfortunately the pasta dishes get greasy when reheated because it tends to separate. Dropped to 3 stars after an awful visit one Sunday. Had a guy checking us in at the front door. He told us an ETA. We sat outside and waited and waited and waited. Checked in with him after waiting 10 minutes after the ETA and he didn't have a clue. Walked inside after giving up on getting any information from the guy and then they told us we can be seated now. There were about 4 people standing there piddling around behind the Host/hostess stand, obviously they had no idea what they were doing. We stood there for about 5-10 minutes after being told we could he seated now. Finally seated. Get better hosts/hostesses or just ones that know what they're doing. Update: literally just try to go on a weekday or unbusy time and you'll have a good time always. Going on a weekday, never a wait, foods good, quick, not crowded. There was a small piece of plastic in my husband's gnocchi and chicken soup and the manager and server were very polite about it. They're also good about getting our orders right as we're relatively picky and make alterations on our dishes.

Atmosphere: There is ample amount of seating and looks nice in the inside. Adding onto that, with so much seating there comes the addition of more noise. There would be times that would be hard to converse with one another, as well as waitress having difficulty to get our order due to noise. Service: The wait-list feature is a plus and we actually got seated earlier than what the website had said. Once we were seated, waitress was really attentive throughout the course of the meal. Quality: Although the bread and butter (no pun intended) are the bread sticks and soups (Pasta E Fagioli, personal fave). Most of the dishes look as common as other Italian restaurants but nothing special. One entree that surprised me was the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, dish had a great combination of flavor and portion. Fili's Fave: I highly recommend getting the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara.

03-20-2018. Utterly disappointed! I was starving when I got there, mind you - haven't been since my sons birth 9 years ago. I get there, it's just for myself I needed something good, and fast service before my job interview. I sit down and wait 30 MINUTES BEFORE ANYONE SHOWED UP AT MY BOOTH TO GET MY ORDER FOR A DRINK!!! I used to be a waitress so that is UNEXPLAINABLE! I order a water and lime and it takes 5 more minutes to get a drink! Then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my waitress to come and ask me if I was ready to order! Seriously? No I'll just nibble on my straw 🙄😏Mind you the place is NOT packed. Every time I eat out I just get a steak(always comes with pastas or others) but any high top resturaunt ALWAYS is willing to substitute that for a salad, because I have health issues and can NOT have dairy or yeast or bread or I get seriously sick! I tell the waitress this. And that I'd like the steak but that I see it has pastas and eggplant with cheese to please just add salad not the others she said "Well that's what it comes with so... that's what you get. But I can add a additional salad to it also". I was like so I'm going to get charged for the things I don't want as a meal plus another meal? She's like "It's only an additional $7.00." Are you kidding me??? I was like whatever I'm hungry I just want a salad then. I asked what meat cones intop? She said it doesn't. I said well what meat do y'all have to put intop? She goes" Italian sausage...and others" I said y'all don't have just a plain turkey or chicken salad"? (Even McDonald's has that). She goes no. I said well what would it take for me to get chicken on the salad? She said we have chicken meals it'll be an additional $5.00. I was like whatever go ahead. So an additional 15 minutes later, I'm starving still no food. Then she finally brings the salad and ask if I want cheese, I said no thank you I'm allergic. But there's no chicken. So I eat my salad and it's basically gone then another 15 minutes later she brings out a tiny piece of cut up chicken but I have no salad to put it on(mind you - it's supposed to be unlimited salad). She throws the chicken on the table and LOOKS at my empty bowl of salad and walks off!!! Wth!!!! So I press the call waiter button on my machine and she doesn't come for an additional 10 minutes!!!! Omg!!!! I said can I please have my salad to put my chicken whichvis now cold on? She's like yea sure. Sooooo another 15 minutes later she brings back a salad WITH CHEESE AND BREEDSTICKS AFTER I TOLD HER I WAS ALLERGIC!!! I was so pissed. She walks off and I lost my appetite I was so mad. I'm late by this time of my interview and still hungry. I was so disquieted with the waitress, poor service and food I just wanted out of there fast! Another 15 minutes I saw her and said I need my check. She brings it then tries to act all sweet, trying to get a tip. Oh no ma'am, you don't do that to your customers then expect a tip at the end. She was trying to REALLY be all around my table when she handed me the pen to tip her🙄 Imagine that. Being the person I am, and a former waitress I did tip her, but NOT because she was a good waitress because she definitely needs to find another job, but because I used to be one. She is the reason I will never go back to that Olive Garden, so tip to Managment, clean up your staff. Because I am not picky or hard, I'm very laid back and easy going but after 15 years of customer service that was the WORST! Get new staff! Her name was.... hmmm... I could be wrong but "Mary grace" or something Grace, she always said her middle name when introducing herself. Dark brunette young chick. My tip to all reading this - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS...

Worst Olive Garden experience I have ever had. it was myself and two other women one of them age 96 and I say that only to note because she had hearing issues so I had to speak for her. I ordered two of the same dish saying that she and I will both have the noodles carbonara whatever it was and then the lady across the table placed her order. It wasn't long before my order came and the lady across the tables order came but nothing for my friend the waiter stated he would be right back with hers. We waited and waited and waited until finally I called over one of the floor managers explain to him that the waiter had brought our food but had not brought her plate said he would be right back but never returned. The manager said he would go and check on it immediately which he did . the waiter told him that she and I were sharing a plate. Now please note that he did not bring a second plate and if he assumed we were sharing a plate did he really expect that we were going to eat off of the same plate two grown women in Olive Garden? Anyway even after discussing with the waiter and the manager that we needed that other plate served they still had not turned in the order for her dinner by the time they realized that we needed a second plate all of our food was cold for waiting to eat with her. The manager took our cold plates to the kitchen and what I assume reheated which would have been fine with me had they served the plates in the condition they were originally served and the food looking like it had not just been dumped out of a pan onto the plate, there was no longer any presentation of the food. Since it was a shrimp and chicken dish the chicken had been nicely placed on top of the pasta I asked the manager I wasn't trying to cause any additional problems but I didn't see the chicken strips he picked up my Fork and proceeded to dig through the pasta to find the chicken strips which as I thought the plate had just been turned upside down the chicken was then on the bottom. I just didn't understand any of the service the waiter said he had two additional tables and he just couldn't get back to our table. I hope you're understanding because I don't want to go into a big ramble this is already way long enough all of the wait staff at Olive Garden has always been able to manage multiple tables this young man had a problem with three tables very close together and none of the tables had over three people at them we were the first table the other tables all got served and had completed their meal by the time we were receiving our meal. Olive Garden has always been my friends favorite place so we wanted to take her there she doesn't ever want to return there now very disappointed I'm sure the manager will know exactly who this is since he probably doesn't get very many 96-year-old women asking over and over where is my plate why aren't they bringing...

The reason of my 1 star is simply because I was rushed out and rushed to finish my food at 10:30pm by my waitress. He wears glasses I think? Idk he was simply very talkative and usually works Saturday nights, I’ve had him twice the first time he was sort of rushing but not so much. But this recent interaction wow just wow. He kept telling us we were his last table and not letting us eat in peace. We got there at 9:55pm and we ordered around 10 pm our appetizer came out in 10 min and soups he forgot to give us our drinks and he insisted he didn’t forget he just didn’t think there was raspberry lemonade anymore and he forgot to tell us. So he basically forgot. Then after he brought us out food and gave us cheese for 3 seconds and I said I wanted more and he said “save some for the rest haha” like ok? I thought that was rude I know it’s a joke but literally it was 3 seconds that he shredded the cheese and isn’t it a rule there to ask the costumer when to stop? When we were eating he came about 5 times while we were eating (not being dramatic) 5 times. I was ordering desert at 10:35pm And he saw “oh you’re ordering desert or what do you want?” And I was like yes I am and he said “we’ll try to get it in right away because the kitchen is close to closing up and it’s like I’m bossing them around telling them to make it quick” and I was okay thanks. Like bro ? Literally 25 min before closing. And we asked for to go boxes and he brought us the mini ones when our plate was full of pasta . He Atleast said 3 times after that to give him a “highly satisfied” on the survey at the end of paying when we were done when it in fact was the worst services Olive Garden has given me. When we were done paying I was not planning to do survey because I was not going to “help a girl out”, he saw I ignored the survey and he came back and I was talking to my partner I didn’t really like the donuts we were eating and he comes “have y’all done the survey?” Like bro leave us alone ! It was 10:45pm. Geez. So I was forced to do the survey and he was standing next to me while doing it unbelievable. I can’t I’m getting mad just remembering. So we picked up and left at 10:50pm he didn’t offer no complementary chocolate or said thanks. The food was great like always love Olive Garden but a person like this does not deserve to work for this amazing restaurant. Horrible experience I was so close to telling him to leave us alone because seriously we left even before the restaurant closed. We even stayed longer because of how much he...
