Minuti Coffee — Restaurant in College Station

Upon entering the Minuti coffee shop, the peaceful ambiance immediately caught my attention. Soft lighting and cozy seating arrangements made for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The choice of music was perfect - it wasn't too loud, and the playlist featured a nice mix of mellow tunes that blended seamlessly with the calm environment.

The decor was tastefully done, with a rustic theme that added to the cozy ambiance. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who greeted me with warm smiles and promptly took my order. The menu offered a wide selection of beverages, but I was drawn to their caramel macchiato. It was the perfect balance of rich espresso and creamy caramel, with just the right amount of sweetness. The flavor was smooth and consistent, and I thoroughly enjoyed every sip.

The attention to detail in the presentation of the drink was impressive, with the frothy milk and caramel sauce artfully layered to create a visually appealing and appetizing drink. The flavor was perfectly balanced, and I could tell that the barista had put a lot of care and expertise into preparing my drink.

Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this coffee shop. The peaceful ambiance, choice of music, decor, customer service, and delicious flavors all combined to create an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable coffee experience.

Update 04/19/2022: Reached out via email, phone call, etc. Still no response.

I'm a huge coffee fan and make it a point to try out all the little local shops in town. When we were here, the barista taking our ordered mumbled quite a bit and wasn't helpful. We asked for a recommendation and she said, "I don't know. I guess something iced with a flavor."

So, we ordered two iced caramel macchiatos which is our failsafe. She asked me if I wanted a "REWARD card," to which I said yes. I always have the little punch cards, scanners, etc for rewards. She asked me to pick out a card and I was confused, but did so. Then she charged me $36, gave me my receipt, and I was upset. I should have addressed it then, but didn't because I was frustrated with the barista's lack of clarity. It was hard to understand her and it felt like she was annoyed with us.  Clearly there was a miscommunication because I didn't intend to spend $30 on a GIFT card, when she very clearly said REWARD card.

I have tried to message the FB page, have sent an email, and even reached out on local pages to ask for a refund and explain the mistake. No answer or reply.

We did not enjoy our coffees. I wish we had because I could have overlooked the incidental gift card, but truthfully I can't even get my money's worth out of it. Personal preference. Rating reflects customer service more...

I have wanted to write a review for Minuti for the longest time. Beyond having the best coffee in College Station, Minuti blends together top tier customer service with a serene atmosphere for the perfect coffee shop recipe. While other coffee shops in the area also care about their customers needs, Minuti employees go the extra mile to ensure a wonderful experience every time. I'm always greeted with smiles, treated with kindness, and served with a speed I didn't know was possible! I especially want to shout out the manager there, who I think must lead her crew in the best possible way to create such a successful ambiance. While I do not get food too often, their yogurt parfaits are a favorite breakfast of mine, and their sandwiches are rivalled only by authentic bistros. Their loyalty card has gotten me so many free drinks that I do not think any other program could compare. I have told everyone in my life who loves coffee that this is the place to go, and if this review has not convinced you yet, then I beg of you to stop by their little slice of coffee heaven, and they will do all the convincing you need to come back over...
