The waiter janssas had amazing customer service. The owner/Manager on the other hand had a nasty odd attitude when explaining to her that the potatoes were cold. I handed her a potato to feel and asked were they fresh and she said yes theyâre made in the morning and kept in the oven until an order is placed. I said, âoh that makes senseâ. Sure can you please warm mine up? She then said, âIâll just get you knew onesâ. ( keep in mind she has the Luke warm potato she smashed to feel in her hand) she walks off has the waiter to bring me a new bowl of hot potatoes how they should be. However, here is the kicker and the most disgusting thing, the smashed potato she had was ON TOP IN THE CENTER of all the early, fresh daily made potatoes in perfect uniform. How gross is that?! You shouldnât own any establishment with the attitude and unhealthy behavior shown today to a courtesy respectful customer. I would never recommend anyone to this place. I over all thought it would be a very inviting and nice place to eat and study. Mind you I drove 26mins to this place. No place to share the...

The hard crunchy sugar dusting the top was the perfect topping. It was a burst of joy in a pastry. The almond croissant was a disappointment. It wasn't fresh and it was hard. The flavor was good; it was buttery, but it was old. Everything else was wonderful. The fresh toasted bread for the avocado toast was perfect. It had the right crunch for the avocado. The vinaigrette was so flavorful. And they added a lemon. It tied it all together. And it came with a huge side of fresh berries. The green mint tea was nice. There is a live feed of the kitchen staff making the coffees and showing the orders in a scroll. That was interesting. Our server was great. She had that right mix of checking on us, but letting us take our time and chat. The location is so cute. I didn't realize all the cute townhouses existed over there. There's plenty of parking and a couple of tables outside, which would be nice for dogs to...

We have stopped in for brunch on occasion and have also returned twice for lunch. for Brunch.. Of course the pastries (almond crossaint) were delicious with our lattes and thoroughly enjoyed the egg items, pancakes, and their fig toast. Plus those roasted potatoes! Good sized portions and something we will visit right in heart of Colleyville Town Center. That french toast also looked amazing and will need to try.
For lunch... They have a really good mix of menu options and my goto is now the cuban sandwich! See the pics. it was very good- both times.
