Food isnt worth the terrible customer service. It was a red flag was that when i went for a pickup and the woman in front of me had her entire order wrong. I should’ve left then. The man who works the phone is always rushing you to order faster and very rude about it. This time we went they got 4 items wrong about our order. The man on the phone was very accusatory when i just called about not getting what i paid 60$ for; he kept implying the mistakes were our fault, when we clearly know what we ordered . He kept saying , “well the guy told me wrong order”. He refused to take any accountability. I called for a refund because we have food allergies and cant eat wheat flour, which they gave us instead, when we ordered corn tortillas. We ordered steak quesadillas, received no steak. We ordered jalapeños; we received no jalepenos. We ordered a dish that includes beans on the menu and no beans either. At the end of the day we got our refund because my mother called. The food was inedible because of the allergies and trashed. So we gain nothing and have a net loss of time and peace and mind from having to talk to such a rude man. He had the nerve to tell my mother “never call here again” as if we would want to deal with rude people and food we cant eat due to severe deadly allergies. I used to be a regular for many years. Haven't been for a couple of years. Was craving their chicken tortilla soup that was the best in Memphis. It used to have large slices of avocado, rice, chicken, onions, a little cheese, chicken, and tortilla straps. It was lacking everything except chicken. Barely could find any avocado. Everything else was not added. Told the waiter it was not good and not made the way it used to be. He wouldn't take it away. He tried to argue with me. He even said Im not trying to argue with you. I said, yes you are. You need to walk away. He charged us for it even though none was eaten. This waiter has worked there for many years and is never friendly. Terrible place to eat. I went out to have fun with some friends and ordered the half steak and half chicken fajita for two. It was 7/10 vegetables, 1/5 chicken ,and 1/10 steak which I believe was a complete rip off for a $22 charge. The waiter was terrible, had no enthusiasm to serve, had a terrible attitude, and expected a 20% tip for doing what he is supposed to be doing with the attitude of you shouldn't make me work more than I have to. Also, the man in charge of the register did not know how to count. I gave him $39 in cash and asked to put the rest ($6) on my card and he had to count it five times and continued to stop after the three tens when he got to the $1 bills as if he didn't know what the value of a $1 bill was.
