I was in there this evening close to 4pm and the young lady that waited on me never smiled or looked up to acknowledge me as a guest. As she was ringing up my order at the end I stated to her " it's okay Tyrell your day is almost over", she in return said what do you mean by THAT. I said simply "you have not smiled once since I have been in here nor do you seem like you care to be here"!!! She never once pretended to smile but said have a nice day in the driest of dry tones. Her hair was all over her head as if she had been in a fight, no hairnet on and horrible customer service skills. I see why you are looking for new staff, but until you can hire some new staff; maybe the owners need to come in a work their store. It's unfortunate that most don't appreciate the jobs they put applications in for. The public didn't ask you to fill that application out and maybr if you don't have a job, you'll appreciate the next one you get hired for!!! Absolutely horrible experience! My sister experienced racism at this location, yesterday 07/29/23 around 12pm, she came in and one of the employees did not greet her nor anything but then after two white girls came in. He decided to greet them and give them a warm welcome and after a black man came in, employee did not greet him neither. Can’t believe this disgusting behavior, learn to train your employees and learn how to do your job and treat everyone with respect, dignity and treat everyone equally. Hope your GM reads this. I took my son to eat at this Subway after a Briarcrest basketball game. Several of his teammates met us there as well. When we walked in the manager, as well as the lady checking customers out, welcomed us. The manager seemed to know everyone that came in, kids to adults. It was like the Subway version of Cheers. I even ordered cookies for all my son's friends and then promptly fumbled them onto the floor worse than an Ole Miss football player.
