It is definitely a good place to enjoy ice cream. The staff is always super friendly, and the flavors selection is great.

PROS: Flavors and scoop sizes: they have a good selection of flavors with clever names (Mint To Be, Sweet Chai of Mine, etc.), and the scoops are, generally, fairly large. If you have ever visited Braun's, almost as large (sometimes). Pints to go. You can bring home your favorite flavor and enjoy it later.

CONS: Cleanliness. We've been there so often, that it is "normal" that the outside tables aren't always clean. Granted, that's mostly on the customers and the nature of eating ice cream outside in the heat, but some may find it annoying. We usually clean up before and after we leave. Inside is typically well kept. Price. It can get pricey quickly. Just know that if your paying for a large group or for several items.

RECOMMENDATION: YES. Definitely give it a try and enjoy the ice cream. Try The Electric Fence if you like espresso and ice cream, or Mustang Madness along with Mint To Be in a large...

Today my Wife took our boys and her friend and her son today after school for a weeks end treat, only to be embarrassed by the rude lady attendant behind the counter because the only money my wife had was a $100 bill to pay with and was completely embarrassed by the response she got today. My 12 year old son came home only to repeat the same thing and said Dad you would not believe how the lady acted over paying with a $100 bill and she kept making these weird facial expressions also. Well good thing I was not there to witness because I would have left the ice cream there and took everyone across the street to Miccos and spent our money there. As a matter a fact I personally have never been in the Levee Creamery, but my wife and her girlfriends and kids have been a couple of times but as far as I am concerned, I will never set foot in there and am almost certain my family...

First off I had been eager to try this place so I went. When I arrived it was not crowded and I was the only AA in there but that didn’t bother me.There were two ladies and a man that had ordered but were waiting on their orders. There were 3 girls helping at the counter so I was up. The girl let me sample two flavors then walked off to do something. Then the other two continued to busy themselves as well as finish up with guests who were still waiting. The girl never returned so another girl chimed in to help after she saw me standing there. She made sure she appeared like she was “helping” me with the yes ma’am pleasantries but I also knew she saw my reaction to her coworker. Then the ice cream is underwhelming(marble slab is better imo). Will never visit again. 2018 people racism...
