The WORST lost pizza co I've ever been to. If I could give it negative stars, I would. 1st thing was walking up to the counter to order... there are 6 people behind the counter, not one of them acknowledged us. We stood there as one lady was on the phone taking an order being ignored by everyone else there walking around or keeping the wall up by leaning on it and playing on cellphones. I finally had to ask if that's where we order (fully knowing the process as I am a lost pizza company regular) just to get someone's attention. The young girl just said the other register is for pick ups and we needed to wait for the older lady. Ok that's fine. We waited. The older lady was sweet as could be. Took our order, and we headed for the table. There is one other table in the whole place with people sitting at it, so not busy at all for a Saturday night at almost 5pm. Our cheesesticks came out maybe 20 mins later. We had to ask for plates then I had to get up and get someone's attention to get forks. The girl that gave the forks was nice but was spending all of her attention on the football game on TV. The pizza came out a little bit later. We ordered an Otis with Extra EXTRA cheese. I've seen more cheese on a standard pizza. My husband motioned the older lady over who agreed with us and apologized for the inadequate amount of cheese (that WAS paid extra for twice) and offered to have it re-made. Great thank you. She took the pizza to the back. Out comes a guy from the back with the pizza again not even 2 mins later who puts it back down and argues about how it is the right amount. Really? Does the paid for extras come out of your paycheck? In what world do you stand in the open restaurant and explain to a customer how you are right and they are wrong?? Would remaking a pizza correctly someone wreck your ego? The pizza sucked and thank you so much for coming out to tell us how you are right, we obviously needed to hear that. After seeing how unprofessional and disrespectful that place ran, we decided none of the food was worth eating at that point. Oh and the older lady, came back over and talked with us again again and apologized. During the nice talk we were having, she was ordered to go "talk to jamie" by the football watching girl. I'm guessing he chewed her ass for talking with us. SHE WAS THE NICEST PERSON THERE! That "shift lead" as he so wants to call himself, wasn't worth keeping in a business that will do nothing more than drive away customers. If customer service is not for you, kindly choose a new career and don't wreck a fun night out with my family. Furthermore do not call yourself a lead and set examples like that to others that may look up to you. Teaching that kind of customer service will set them up for the same result you witnessed tonight, complete failure and loss of customers. In any business, the customer signs your paycheck. Oh and we bought 3 drinks, a medium Otis, a small pizza for my daughter, cheese sticks, and spinach artichoke dip. Over 60 dollars of food left on that table untouched when we walked out. I would rather go somewhere else and spend another 60 bucks than sit there in a place run like that. Never again...

Me and buddies are good chums we come to this restraunt religiously. We first came back with in 2022 and I still remember losing my lost pizza virginity it felt so good man. We would come and order either a chicken Alfredo or the massive Lucile with not tomatoes on thick crust my buddy Matthew is lactose intolerant don’t tell him though he won’t believe you throws up after he eats it he is okay Everton is fine that is simply because of his anatomy the food is safe to eat please don’t be concerned one time somebody threw cheese dip at the wall outside and it survives to this day the old lady I don’t quite know her name is very nice you likely know my name if you work her we come here all the time rain or shine even in snow where one time a man ordered 36 yardbirds the staff loves and we love them they offer great service all in all we love this place and this is like home my buddy that was much shorter than mine tragically that still shows the significance of this place in our life I love eating the food I order and not the I don’t one time my good buddy bradley ate food off of some family who lefts plate he was harshly punished for this egregious act of greed me and my friend will talk about out excellent music taste here we watched the eagles felch the commanders here well this place is beautiful, dark, twisted, and fantastic this restaurant makes me want to dropout kf college but it’s almost graduation and I am hope they have late registration at the college I am going too how bout that Luka trade I think the lakers were very smart to get somebody to step into that role after king LeBron retires what was I talking about it again oh right lost pizza I guess I got lost in the sauce use that as a catch phrase please btw the playlist needs to get better no more weezer covers please also can we change the channel in here im tired of watching to ufl What do you guys think about sheudur sanders dropping in the draft im not suprised he dropped sorry i forgot this was a lost pizza review did you actually read all this it you did like and subscribe for more and leave a comment down below also can I get free food im starving please make ranch free again and why are cups $3 please change this im the guy in the hat im going to shut up now bye Sinceraly, Graham Matthews Lost Pizza...

Went for the first time tonight for dinner with my family, ordered at the counter, paid, and then took my number and sat down. Other people at our table got their pizzas first which wasn’t a big deal because they had ordered separate and I didn’t expect them in the kitchen to know we were sitting together. I finally got my pizza after watching my other family eat theirs for about 15-20 minutes. I got the Hot Chick pizza and it was pretty good. Me and My aunt had saw the shirts hanging up on the wall when we ordered and thought they were cute so I went back up to the counter to buy us some. The girl at the counter ringing me up didn’t know how much to charge me so she had to run all over to find someone who did. When she finally found someone I told her what I wanted and paid. I got two T-SHIRTS. No food. It took them TWENTY MINUTES to go back there and get my T-shirts only for her to bring me T-shirts that weren't in the size or color I asked for and I was told they didn't even have the ones I PAID for. I just got a refund and got out of there as quickly as possible. HORRIBLE service, good food. I’d rather just stick to Pyros...
