My husband and I visited Hammer Jewelers because I had lost a large stone from a treasured ring and wanted to have it replaced. We were thrilled at how beautiful the ring was when we picked it up. The new stone is lovely, and they even added extra prongs to further secure it.

Many months later, I found the lost stone, and we decided to have a ring made for our daughter as a graduation gift. We were shocked at how reasonable the price was. The new ring is gorgeous! Our daughter absolutely loves it.

I have had several pieces of jewelry repaired here and a watch band link added to my son's watch over the years. Today, I stopped in to have a diamond bracelet repaired and a appraisal done. They noticed my ring and took a look at it and there was a diamond loose in the setting. Even helped me get the ring off my finger with windex. They are very helpful and very friendly. They have beautiful jewelry available in their store as well. I wouldn't trust leaving my valuable jewelry with a chain store. Very happy they are so accessible...

My husband bought a very exquisite brown pearl necklace for me. It is beyond words. I think it was the very best Christmas present I have ever received. The sales girls placed it in a velvet and pleather box. It was so beautiful. I was moved to tears. But as a frugalista, I wanted to know if he overpaid.
