C J Lilly & Company — Local services in Collierville

I was apprehensive with ordering flowers online for delivery...especially after reading all the reviews for local companies! After another company's site wasn't working I decided to use CJ Lilly & Co, and I had the BEST experience. They were delivered on time (I ordered late the night before and they were delivered the next day), I got a confirmation email stating they were received, the recipient sent us a picture of the bouquet and they were exactly as pictured (if not BETTER!)..she loved them! And she even sent us another picture of them a week later and they still looked perfect!!

Ordering flowers can be expensive and while there was a coupon for in store purchases or delivery there wasn't one for online, that's the only possible negative thing I can think of which isn't that big of a deal (it was for like 10% off).

I received my second floral arrangement for my birthday last Sat Jan. 30th. On Sunday I noticed that all of the poms were brown around the edges and that the gerber daisy had drooped completely down. I called on Mon. and was told to send them photos and they would take care of the arrangement. I texted the girl twice and received a "beautiful" response and nothing else. It is now Wed and still no call. This arrangement was very large with purple roses and numerous other flowers. The first arrangement was a month earlier. The same thing happened. Within 2 days there were dead flowers. I called then and they sent me flowers to replace the dead ones. At the cost of these arrangements I do not feel that the customer should have to call the florist.These arrangements should last longer than a day. Planning my child’s rehearsal dinner 70 miles away is a little stressful . However CJ LILY & Comp was recommended for flowers. Such an easy smooth process from beginning to finish with the flowers!
