I emailed lauren as requested… she sent me a generic email stating they were sorry… i lowered my service review because i definitely wasn’t heard and even if they’re newly established and working out the kinks … i should have never waited 30 minutes for our meals after receiving the appetizer… and most definitely should NOT HAVE WAITED 30 MINUTES for a correction on a order they had gotten wrong in the first place … and when made aware management gave me a credit for the upgrade for sweet potato fries … i went home with soggy fries and dried out cold hamburger…. i am disappointed that they at least didn’t credit my meal.. as the waitress had stated was going to happen… simple sad …

first of all we ordered the mushrooms for an appetizer .. i should have taken a pic, but forgot as we had a guest there ..did want to make a fuss there wasn’t enough mushrooms for 2-4 ppl … we just let our guest have them… there were just a few tiny mushrooms… about 10-12 .. it was disappointing and downright sad .. as we were celebrating a birthday…but our waitress was attentive and polite tried to stay atop of the backup in the kitchen… our order was took 20 minutes after the mushrooms… when our food arrived.. my side was wrong as i wanted sweet potato fries…instead of regular fries… the waitress was again trying to correct the issue… my sweet potato fries never arrived.. my burger was way undercooked… i wanted to have it cooked through i waited for around 10 minutes… nothing… our waitress came back by and said “ you haven’t gotten your food “ .. she went back into the kitchen .. came back and said they were working on it… but everyone else was already done… i was told they were going to credit our ticket…for my meal at that point i still didn’t have any food… i did get some ( a handful) of hot fries and warmed burger to go…. but the credit was only for the addition upgrade for the sweet potato fries … i didn’t know you couldn’t substitute.. i asked..” it was fine” … we saved $2 and i waited for 30 minutes for fries … the food is good but nothing to make me want to go back…. it’s definitely not the best burger… especially when their signature sauce couldn’t be tasted as it was just a swipe across the bottom bun .. making the burgers a bit dry .. it was that way on all four burgers… sadly it was just disappointing experience.. definitely a huge let down… if they had corrected the situation.. i would have been willing to give them...

The food is low quality and made me feel bad. Less than fast food quality at a restaurant price.

They were very generous with the portion of fries. Eating too many fries was my mistake. They were yummy, don't get me wrong. The sandwich was mostly bun. So the meal was mostly bread and potato.

The ciabatta bun is not exactly a ciabatta bun, it's more like some thick fluffy white bread that tastes sweet.

There was not very much chicken on my chicken philly, and the meat was crumbly with no cheese to hold it together.

The waitress was kind enough to bring extra tomato. But this fundamentally did not shift the quality or health aspect of the meal.

Well to start - had to wait for the hostess and 2 of the waitstaff to finish their funny story before we could put our name down to wait. Was told a 35min wait but it was 55 minutes to be sat down. Total time was 2.5 hours for dinner. Secondly - out of diet coke... like what? Thirdly - My mom is allergic to Gluten, upcharges .50c for gluten free bun, not a big deal, but she could not have the fries either and the waiter offered her a house salad as a substitute and then charged us another 2.50 for it, wouldnt be an issue if it was mentioned beforehand - then they brought out a turkey burger when she asked for a turkey club and neglected to change it on the bill and charged us 1.50 more for the burger.
