They told me they were out of nuggets and I have to call the 'third party' to get a refund..I used the kfc app. They act like they are their own restaurant. I did what they ask. What went wrong is when I ask for the employee name. I wasn't asking the last name. I wanted the name to quote to the phone people what she said. They don't even wear name tags. I found out she was the manager. When I question about no name tags. And the 'manager' not giving out her name is not professional. She proceeded saying 'you aren't getting your food. Leave. Or I will call the cops' I told her 'they are not going to do anything. I have not done anything wrong. I just ask for your first name.' Then she dead look at me saying 'you cursed at me' I never said one threatening or curse word at her. I just asked for her first name. Then, She got the phone acting like she is going to call the cops. She proceed to threaten me, while I just stand there on the phone. Then she looked at her coworker and then the coworker started agreeing what ever she said. Started making up stuff. I finally told them 'fine! You want me to 'curse' F°°°K this place!' And left. Read moreIm about 2 weeks late on this review, but it needs to be done. The collierville location on this particular day was absolutely terrible. You one guy outside on a smoke break, you had another guy in the lobby on a lunch break, I assume. You had no one at the front counter, and when someone finally did come to the front counter, another customer had to call him to the front after standing there at least 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. When this guy finally did come around to take an order, his approach was, "What's up?" all dry and unconcerned as if the customers were bothering him. There was a young lady there waiting who told us something about the employees at kfc telling her they were low on chicken because Popeyes closed. She waited nearly an hour for her order, according to her. I have to admit, I've never seen such a poor display of customer service in my life. I know we have options, and I opted to leave after waiting too long to have my order taken. I figured if the service was this horrible, the food couldn't be much better. Read moreI drive for DoorDash full time. I have been to this location many times. There has been only one time I was actually able to make a pick up. On that occasion it took me almost 10 minutes to arrive at the location and they claimed it had just came in so they hadn’t even started the order. Everytime I show up, they say the order hasn’t been paid for. I have never had any other location tell me this in many years of driving for DoorDash. I tried to talk to the manager about this. I told him maybe he should contact DoorDash to see if there was an issue going on and he brushed me off and claimed I was wrong. Either they are having some malfunction, they just don’t want to work or they are doing this to get double paid on orders. Either way, they do NOT care to correct the issue. Today I went there and the cashier told me it hadn’t been paid for without looking at any computer screen or anything. She didn’t even check.
