I called on a Monday ordering 4 pizzas for my team and I half a mile from this store. I the man I talked to was having multiple issues putting in my order and card info, it took almost 30min just to place my order. 45min go by and I call to check on my delivery, turns out he never put it in the system. They gave me a $20 coupon to use on a future order but we waited 1.5hr for the food, never got it, so we missed lunch that day.
It gets worse.
I called two days later on Wednesday ordering the same thing for my team 1.5mi down the road. It took 30min for the employee AND his manager to take my order and figure out how to apply the $20 discount they gave me on Monday. The manager seemed busy and rushed (probably due to lots of pizza being ordered at lunch time) and she didn't have the correct code to apply the discount, so she told me she would send the pizzas my way and deal with the payment later. 30min go by so I call to make sure my pizzas are close to done or on the way. The employee tells me they haven't started the pizzas because they manually wrote the order down instead of putting it into the system because of the coupon issue. They were letting all other orders ahead of mine until I called. I asked him to make sure they start the pizzas, throw them in the oven, and deliver them to me. He confirmed they had been started and would be cooked in 8min and delivered to me in 10min, meaning I should receive them in about 20min. 40min go by. I call again and find out they never even started them. I talk to the manager and she gives me another $20 coupon and said the general manager would call me in a couple days if I want to discuss this issue. We waited 2 hours since my first call and didn't receive lunch.
By the end of this week I had spent roughly 3.5hrs waiting on this store to delivery me pizza and I received none, also spent over an hour on the phone with employees for nothing. Total waste of time and patience.

   Read moreMy experiences with this Domino's Pizza restaurant have been overwhelmingly positive. My boyfriend & I moved into our current home approximately 7 years ago, & Domino's is within walking distance of our house, so we done there (carry out & delivery depending on how lazy were feeling đ) relatively often. I really don't have even one negative comment to place here. First off, I love the variety of food available; from classic pizza to their awesome oven baked sandwiches, the chicken (BBQ Bacon, OMG!! You MUST try it if you haven't! DELICIOUS!!), desserts- the menu offers something for everyone. Without fail, the food we receive is correctly made (i.e. Philly sandwich minus mushrooms for. Me), fresh, hot, & scrumptious. Furthermore, this particular store truly boasts are the best employees of any pizza place I've ever visited, including those from different Domino's stores. From the managers & other in-store workers who answer phones, make our mouth watering meals, & work the registers, to the always smiling, unfailingly polite delivery drivers, these hard working individuals are friendly, courteous, & professional beyond reproach. Five stars all the way, but don't take my word on face value... Go try it out...
   Read moreEdit: canceled an order when I was unable to leave my house, having been plowed in by snow plows. No calls, no anything. Just when I checked the status, nope. Canceled. I would have liked to know this, as now I can't make other arrangements. So... that blows. Wish I had that much slack at my job!
They've gotten better in recent months. The interface with the app is non-existent, however. I had a free pizza on the app. The store had no way of verifying this... and calling the store now, seems to be routed through a call center in the Phillipines... and speaking to a PIZZA EXPERT, who may have actually never had pizza. I wanted to get my free pizza, but when I added anything to my order, the pizza became "not free"... and after talking to the Philippines pizza expert, who incidentally knew nothing about pizza or my order issue, and the manager, who was iritated with the the app and myself, and trying myself a few more times, I just gave up and ordered the free pizza... then tried to add to my first order with a second order in quick succession, I simply gave up all chances of giving them any money. I don't think this was the intent of the app... but it was unavoidable... and...
