Subway — Restaurant in Collinsville

Not very pleased with the manager. Everyone wonders why no one wants to work in the food industry its because of people like her. The last 4 or 5 times I have gone there she has done nothing but be rude and disrespectful to her employees. It truly breaks my heart for them. One time it was because there was a girl working by herself and had accidentally burnt the bread because there was a line of people that she was making food for. Today she was talking smack saying something along the lines of "see that's how you close a sandwich right" and picking on the girl at the register because of how she gave me my change. I'm giving them 1 star for having what I wanted this time and 1 star for the store being clean. Customer service was extremely poor. I suppose I don't expect outstanding customer service from stoned kids. Its the same kinda customer service I've received the only other 2 times I've been to this subway. They're out of something whether it's a certain bread, meat, cheese or a vegetable everytime! Poor management without a doubt. Horrible service I got today. Shorter blonde girl not wearing a name tag. I was patiently waiting to get my order taken as she stood there patting her hands on the counter just staring at me. I looked back at her for a good minute and she rudely says "Are you ready?" Well I don't know when someone is ready to take my order when they're standing there patting on the counter, did not ask me what I wanted, or greet me when I got in line like any other normal establishment does.
