Disappointing Service for the Price
I had high hopes for this restaurant given its location in an upscale hotel, but unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. After being seated, it took over 15 minutes before our server even came to our table to introduce herself. My wife had to actually go up to the host to ask for water and our appetizer because it felt like we were just being ignored. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasnât even full, and we noticed other tables dealing with similar issues.
The food itself was alright, which made the poor service all the more frustrating. For a place with higher prices, we expected a much better experience overall. Sadly, the lack of attentive service ruined what could have been a nice evening. I wouldnât recommend this restaurant; there are definitely better options outside that offer both great food and service. I talked to the manager and let him know how my experience was. He offered some complementary meals for the next day, but I told him that I'm definitely im not coming back...
   Read moreWe ordered food here during our trip to The Great Wolf Lodge. We ordered to go and I went to pick it up at 8:31pm, took like 3-4 mins for the hostess to come. Got the food and went to a table near the water park and noticed there was no smoked Turkey with bbq sauce for the bbq dinner I ordered. The food I did receive was cold! So, I went back and it took another 3-4 minutes before the hostesses came back over and I told her there was no Turkey with my order. She proceeded to ask me âare you sure itâs not in there?â to which I replied âyes, I am sure there no was Turkey anywhere in the bag.â She then goes to grab the Turkey and comes back, still no bbq sauce so I ask her for sauce.    Read moreThis restaurant is in a family oriented hotel complete with water park and fast food restaurants so I did not have much hope for its sit down farm to table restaurant Not only was I wrong I was so wrong that I had two of the best dinners I have had in years. The cooking techniques were clearly sophisticated so I asked to speak with the chef Matt Redmond to find out what he was doing to bring out such vibrant and balanced flavors. The sourcing was also top notch. The freshest salad greens and vegetables and meats. The Malbec I paired with my seared New York strip also satisfied well.
