I had never heard of Drury Inn hotels before, but it was recommended by someone else, so we booked it. I was SO happy with it. The hotel was very nice inside. The room had plenty of space and everything we needed. The water in the shower came out warm/hot right away; we didn't have to wait for it to heat up, which was a first for me! The staff and service was GREAT: Staff remembered me when they saw me a second, third time. They were helpful with requests, and they were kind. None of them looked unhappy to be there or like they were doing their job grudgingly. I LOVED that you could elect for no housekeeping, and they actually respected it! How many times have I gone to a hotel where they said, for example, to put the towels on the rack if I didn't want them replaced (to be more eco-friendly), and then I did that, but they replaced them anyway?! So many times. But here at Drury, we were not bothered during our entire stay, and if we needed something (like more tissue or the trash to be emptied), I just had to ask, and they kindly helped without coming into the room. (You can, of course, keep the housekeeping if you prefer that.) It was amazing that not only did they offer daily continental breakfast, but also had a "kickback" time in the evening, which was basically a "continental dinner"—FREE food on a rotating menu throughout the week. They even offered free drinks and had free popcorn available in the lobby every day. I've never been to a hotel that had something like that included for dinner, only for breakfast. They also have a gym, pool, and a small shop for snacks/common hygiene items in the lobby. There is plenty of seating near the lobby for breakfast and dinner, and for a place to do some remote work during the day like I did. The hotel is also close to a LOT of awesome eats, and was located perfectly for our trip's other activities. Would absolutely book a stay with Drury Inn &...

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From making a reservation to enjoying a 2 night stay the experience was top line rated. |Upon arrival the parking area and grounds were very clean and orderly. The Hotel is located close to the Air Force Academy and convenient from I-70 to anywhere in Colorado Springs area. The front desk staff is excellent and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, welcome and wanted. The rooms are immaculately clean and the hallways are also quiet and clean. Beds are very comfortable and the view of Pikes Peak is great. The room was quiet and you do not hear a lot of commotion from other guests.|The breakfast area is spacious and very plentiful. If a person cannot find something to their liking it would be most surprising. The fare is far superior to a lot of restaurants. The attending staff keep the food replenished and the area clean and still find time to interact with guests. You should feel more like family and home than a hotel. The evening relaxer and buffet are so enjoyable and much nicer than going out to a nearby experience. Just a wonderful way to get ready for what adventures you were here to enjoy. The bartender is attentive and the beverage choice is delightful and should make anyone "happy".|The Assistant GM is a very caring person and sees that all of the guests are enjoying their stay.|If you want to workout, swim in the in/out pool or just relax you will find the experience a good one also. Of course ammenties such as business areas are very accessible and many other areas area available for functions.|Definitely one hotel to keep in mind if you are looking for business, family, or just your own get away. It will be my "go to" choice...

My brother and I stayed at the Drury Inn in Colorado Springs in May 2025. Initially, we had only planned to stay for one day, but extended our stay to two nights.||This Drury Inn is in an area with plenty to do within walking distance of the hotel.||The staff was delightful! The Drury Inn seemed to have hired staff with the most naturally pleasant temperament for customer service positions. The gentleman who checked us in on day 1 and the second gentleman who extended our stay on day 2 were professional and efficient with warm demeanors.||The complimentary breakfast and dinner items contained a nice variety of options. The staff in the dining area were also attentive, greeting us warmly and ensuring that the plates were cleared from our table in a timely manner. One staff member saw that I was having a challenging time balancing my coffee and breakfast items and helped me to situate my items to avoid spillage on the way back to my room.||The atmosphere in the hotel was wonderful. All areas were as advertised. The hotel is well kept and the decor is nice, comfortable, and welcoming. All of the front desk staff greeted us each time we went downstairs for breakfast and dinner. It even seemed like my fellow guests were kind and relaxed.||I had a beautiful view of snow-capped mountains from my room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I was able to adjust the room's thermostat to my preferred temperature.||We enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay there again. Thanks to the Drury Inn staff (both customer facing and behind the scenes) for collectively creating such a warm and...

The rooms are basic. The suite isn't actually two separate rooms it is one large room sectioned off with a partition so if one person is up early or stays up late it's impossible to watch TV or do work at the desk without disturbing the other person. The bed is very comfortable and you get plenty of pillows of different quality so you have options of what works for you. There is a small dorm refrigerator and small microwave with a coffee maker that uses the trays with a coffee pouch. The room was clean and housekeeping will pop in to exchange towels and empty trash if requested at check in The pool is much smaller than it appears in photos but I loved that you had the option of indoor or outdoor and that it was heated and actually comfortable to enjoy. The breakfast in the mornings is fantastic! They always have different breads and cereals, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs sausage potatoes biscuits gravy and 2 waffle machines. The afternoon social is a great perk at this hotel. Each guest receives 3 drink coupons per day and they have a variety of food options that include hot dogs, salad, cooked veggies, potatoes, and a protein. The other great perk of this hotel is the location. It is literally surrounded by multiple restaurants, Starbucks, movie theater, bowling, nail salon, and other store fronts that are in walking distance, plus easy on and off access to I- 25. The views are also great! This would be my only choice when visiting CO Springs!

We have chosen this hotel to stay at for our last couple of visits to Colorado Springs, and for good reason. The value is absolutely unmatched. The rooms are ordinary but immaculately clean and quiet. They provide pillows of different densities on each bed, so you’ll probably find something you like. Thoughtful touches like that abound. The included breakfast is well stocked, hot, and tasty. It could be described as continental plus (scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, plus all the regular cold fixings). The coffee is also outstanding. Another real treat is the evening kickback time, which will essentially provide dinner for many. Hotdogs, an entrée, a salad are all included. Adults get a drink card (three drinks) for the small bar. In our four days there, I met several people at the front desk. All are remarkably friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right off the highway, but with great access to a dozen local restaurants, a movie, theater, a bowling alley, and other miscellaneous shopping. It’s less than 15 minutes from Garden of gods, and the Air Force Academy. If we are lucky enough to find ourselves back in Colorado Springs, this will be where we stay.

Drury Inn offers consistent quality and value and is great when traveling with kids, but it's nothing to write home about. Pros: easy check-in and check-out process, friendly staff members who don't seem to hate their jobs, large selection of food at both breakfast and evening snack, three alcoholic drinks per adult/per night included in your stay, clean room and lobby, the views of Pikes Peak out the front of hotel are beautiful, many dining options within walking distance. Quiet. Lots of pillows, extra bedding, and towels. Enough warm water for all five of us to take showers. Cons: since it's located on the north side of CO Springs it's about a 20 minute drive (35 in rush hour evening traffic) from the main tourist attractions (Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Springs). The pool, while a nice size, was freezing during part of our stay and was so chlorinated our eyes hurt after an hour in the pool. The food selection, while plentiful, is mediocre and the dining area was often overcrowded and messy. They needed more staff to stay on top of wiping down counters and refreshing the food.
