NEVER go to this theater for a big movie premiere! We typically go to Hollywood Theaters since it's close to our house, and usually have a pretty good time (nothing notable usually goes awry). But last night, at the Star Ware premiere, things were handled TERRIBLY. I understand that the sheer volume of people makes it difficult to organize, but when we arrived over 2 hours prior to our showtime, we noticed there was no line. There's were no tie-offs, there were no dividers... people arriving after us were stepping in front of us! So we went and discussed it with the manager. At that point, it wasn't too late to make some necessary changes to organize the crowd, but we were told "we'll sort you when the time comes to take tickets." That means that the lobby was filled with shoulder-to-shoulder people all for 10:15, 10:30, and 10:45 showtimes. When the time came for us to proceed past the ticket line, it was MAYHEM. I watched people who arrived two hours AFTER we did proceed before us. The people who had waited in line for hours were angry, not everyone taking tickets had scanners for digital tickets... it was a nightmare.

When we finally made it through the ticket checking station, not much else mattered. Big smiles were across mine and my husband's faces as we proceeded to our theater - but then we came across the manager standing in the middle of the hallway telling us to slow down (we were just walking quickly). So my husband mentioned to him in passing, "Next time we really need to have lines for each showtime." His reply? "NEXT TIME! Yeah, you know what I'm doing next time? I'm making you all wait OUTSIDE in the cold!" I understand the stress of the situation, I understand the difficulty of managing and organizing a huge group of people—but don't yell at us! Don't be rude and tell us next time you'll make us stand outside in 1 degree weather because your lobby wasn't organized! It really rubbed us the wrong way. If the movie wasn't so good, we would have regretted going entirely.

For important movie premieres: make sure to go to the...

By far the worst movie theatre I have ever been to. Whoever was on shift at 10pm on August 13th 2025 should be fired immediately. We showed up at 10:05, 5 minutes after our movie had started, and they had locked the doors and refused to let us in. We sat there banging on the doors, and calling the store as they blatantly ignored us. there were multiple customers inside who were being sold concessions, and the theatre was clearly still open. The employees made hand waving motions at us as if to shoo us away. We had to bang on the doors for 15 minutes before someone came and begrudgingly let us in. We made it into our movie and the previews had not ended, and the movie had not even started. locking the doors and preventing paying customers from getting into the building before their movie has even started is absolutely ridiculous. Do not come here, do not give them your business, if any upper management see this review, fire your staff immediately. I will never be coming back here, and I will tell everyone I know to stay far away. This wasn't just the worst theatre experience I have ever had, it might be the worst experience I have ever had at a business in general. I hope this place...

Was really excited to see Bohemian Rhapsody at 6pm as their website says. Once we got to the theater the young lady informed us that movie hadn't played in weeks so we decided to see another movie. Not really a big deal but an updated website would have been helpful. We bought a large popcorn and 2 large sodas. Typical pricing for buying food at the movies. Get to our seats which were awful due to a full theater. Honestly the front row is awful! Our own fault for not reserving seats. So we're settled in but honestly the popcorn wasnt even close to warm and the cherry coke had almost no flavor. Hard to tell if it was watered down or if there was just no syrup in it. We decided to just eat the cold popcorn and forgo our drinks. At the end of the movie I did approach the concessions counter and who I can only assume was the manager heard my complaints over the popcorn and soda. I wasnt expecting much but honestly did expect at least to be refunded for my full sodas. I probably won't return to this theater. First experiences matter I'm repeat business and I can spend the same amount of money at...

This Regal is our weekly ritual, our temple of cinema, our holy land of popcorn—and the staff? Absolute rockstars. We come in so often they probably have a group chat about us, and yet every time, they greet us like we’re Beyoncé walking in with Spielberg. You know that warm, friendly, “we actually like our jobs” energy? Yeah, these folks have it on tap. “You complete me,” Regal staff. You. Complete. Me. They’ve helped us with timing issues, saved us from snack-related existential crises, and somehow always remember us with a smile that says “I see you’ve come back to avoid real life again. Respect.” They’ve gone above and beyond so many times, I’m convinced they’ve all had Rocky-style training montages just to prepare for customer service greatness. So to the Regal crew: “You’re the best. Around. Nothing’s ever gonna keep you down.” And to anyone reading this —“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and go to this Regal, you could miss it.” (The next great movie to enter the Zeitgeist that is.)

We liked this theater. the seats were comfortable and they had the movies we wanted to see. I don't even go to theaters that don't have recliners any longer. The employees were helpful and friendly. I started docking one star for all theaters who have closed their box office and force customers to buy tickets at the concession counter but other than that, The only complaint I had was one of he two movies we attended ran an extra 10 minutes of commercials before starting their previews, which caused the actual start time of the movie to be more than half an hour after the stated showtime. I usually like some previews but i'm not paying for commercials and those need to be done as of start time and going to a later movie that starts more than 30 minutes after showtime is not OK

The new recliners make for an awesome movie experience. Update review, 6 years later from 5-star to 1-star: We've been choosing to watch movies at different theaters for the last few years. Decided to try a movie here a few months ago and it was all around a poor experience. I reached out to Regal about our concerns before writing this review and was treated very poorly. I didn't even ask for anything, just wanted to tell them about our experience as a heads up. Long story short, Fathom Events tickets do not display accurate information online or the theater didn't know which movie to show at which time, and, avoid their butter for the popcorn at all costs.
