This is a tough review. That stout is awesome. The bartenders are great.. super attentive, etc. As they say it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. I didn't actually take a picture.. so I wanted to show a representation of the amount of fries that resided below my deliciously fried fish on my fish and chips plate. In the end this is not a problem as the awesome bartender simply brought out more fries. Lets face it fries are cheap why even make that a problem? The individual who brought out the food placed the food down and immediately I noticed 50% of my dish was lacking. I could probably use eating a few less fries, but then again I did pay for them! I pointed out the lack of fries, even using my wifes pile of fries as a comparison. I was told firmly that thats the right amount of fries and we only give 4oz of fries. Now I didnt weigh them.. but if my fries were 4oz, and my wifes fries were as well.. my fries definitely were lead lined. That said, this isnt my first time getting fries, or fish and chips for that matter. It was obvious to anyone with some sort of intelligence that the fries were lacking quite a bit. He ignored me and walked away. When he came back to drop off addtional items I then engaged him again.. basically he was dismissive, rude, essentially stating.. thats the way it is. I was just about to tell them to take the whole plate back for a refund (on principal mostly.. seriously fries are pretty cheap). Then the bartender walked out with a plate of fries, obviously informed of my encounter, without me asking. Thats what makes this a tough review as the bartenders did make it right which is why its 3 instead of a 1. The arrogance of the food runner at the same time...

I've only been there 3 times since the place opened, and each time, I feel the food lagged as much as the service, the menu price points are ridiculous for the quality, and the atmosphere was one step from being a 3 ring circus w/screaming kids,.....at a brewery? Really?......I think proper etiquette has definitely been lost here. I will not return at any capacity....and based on what I witnessed, I think others will follow suit, but.....that will be for the public forum to decide. This is a rhetorical review and a matter of opinion, so no need for empty apologies or arrogant excuses. I've already heard that from your FOH manager. IT'S CALLED ACCOUNTABILITY, MISS!!!! And a management team should not be exempt of that. I believe professionals don't make the mistakes I've seen here. But, then again, we can't always assume that everyone hires professionals, so....(Dine at your own risk. Dining experiences may vary. The gamble, in my opinion, is not worth the payout) I feel, (and I'm sure im not the only one) that if you can't measure up to a BASIC restaurant criteria, then justifiably⚖️, I think the general dining public should know. NO ONE likes to waste their money, when a review could've prevented that. In my opinion, Americans work way too hard, and things are way too expensive to be targeted as "easy money" with poor service and a questionable quality of products. Usually, deep-rooted problems like that stem from "the top," especially with the excuses I've heard, and from whom,....but who knows. It's clear speculation. Thank you for your time, and have a...

Atmosphere: good decor, comfy seating. Overall it was a cool dynamic of Great Wolf lodgers and business happy hour/dinner guests. We were cold, but to be fair, we just came from Great wolf lodge.

Service: I called early as we had a table of 7. Lilly was excellent on the phone and treated me like I was a regular. Very professional and welcoming. Our waiter was also excellent however I didn't catch his name. He accidentally put the wrong pizza in (it happens!), but was apologetic and communicative about the mistake and his actions. He also boxed the remainder of the meal for us, which I found to be a very nice touch for this establishment. Made it feel like a fancy meal while still being, at heart, a bar.

Drinks: We didn't have a straight forward drink order, but the waiter diligently made sure it all came out quickly. I got the amber ale and found it to be a nicely sweet honey amber. Think a little sweeter Killian's red ale. I would recommend it!

Food: Bison poppers: interesting approach to these. Deep fried but had excellent spice. The bison was pretty sparse but the flavor was good. Pretzel: Kids loved them! Beer cheese sauce was very good. Came out hot and tasted great! Bison wellington: I was skeptical esp with the middle being bison meatloaf. Overall flavors worked well together and the BBQ sauce was a nice way to blend it together. Not sure I would get it again but that's only because there were so many other things that looked good.

I could say more about this place, but I would absolutely eat here again and would probably get a...

Ok... here's the deal. We went to a movie and were a bit hungry so we went for a drink and some appetizers after because they are in the same parking lot. I was really surprised that on a Saturday night it was dead slow! I am pretty sure we figured out why? The first drink I ordered that was on the menu had blueberries in it. I was told that they were out. Ok. No worries. I ordered something else. It was a berry martini of sorts and ok, but not fantastic so I stuck with water. My husband ordered a Moscow Mule and did enjoy it. We also ordered the appetizer platter. Comes with bison poppers, Venison egg rolls, chicken drummies, beer cheese bison chili & chips and some veggies. Also ordered an order of fried pickles. Now, it sounds amazing, but... the jalapenos completely overshadowed the bison and you couldn't taste it. (Stick with bacon wrapped...much better.) The Venison was pretty good, the chicken was delicious, but the bison cheese chili? It was like watery soup, not a dip for chips at all and again couldn't taste bison because everything else was too much. If we were to go back we would only get the chicken. The fried pickles were ok, but there were maybe 12 slices of pickle on the whole plate. That just doesn't seem like a lot for an appetizer. It was fairly expensive too. I had one drink. Husband had 2. We had 2 appetizers and our bill was $55. Ouch. The good news is that the staff was great!! Everyone was very nice and service was fantastic. Although I don't think we'll be back.

Went early on Valentine’s Day. Found seating at the bar while waiting for a table. The bartenders were friendly and attentive despite being very busy with people waiting for tables coming and going quickly. No gluten free beer but the beer my s.o. had was reported as very good. The atmosphere was cozy, sports bar/restaurant in feel and set up, but not too loud and very friendly. The views of the front range and Air Academy are great and their outdoor dining area would be perfect in warmer weather. The menu offered a variety of meats and flavors. I eat pescatarian or vegetarian and there were enough choices that it made me feel good that I could choose from more than one dish. I can’t have gluten or nuts, and still there was more than the usual choice of one thing for me to eat as found in many other restaurants. The pepita crusted salmon salad was delicious. The other diner with me had the fish and chips and reported that it was absolutely one of the best fish and chips ever. We both liked the brussels sprouts although I prefer mine charred a bit. The flourless chocolate cake was amazing! It melted in your mouth like a wonderful truffle and was rich and smooth. Staff seemed to actually like being there. We saw lots of smiling friendly faces and teamwork. Staff who were not our actual server stopped by or offered to remove plates, etc. It seemed that management was helping as well and appeared happy and loving their work. I will definitely return here.
