Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Was better when I had my free food for a year card for volunteering at the grand opening I worked like a dog that day. They really put us through alot. I didn't know at the time I stood outside for hours for the card I had the flu( temp 102 runny nose sick as a dog) So first 100 get a card and breakfast, then the fun began, we had to volunteer throughout the day throughout the city all day We needed to partner up and go in groups 2-3 school buses took us around We started with Butterfield Park cleaning out and cleaning the locker rooms scrubbing Next we went to the MAC and washing the scuff marks off the walls where they play soccer and locker room again Then we had lunch provided and was told if we climbed the stairs we would get an extra bonus card, I did. Then we went to the buddy center and learned about all the volunteering opportunities there and got a tour. Saw the dogs and cats Last we were taken to Walmart given some cash to buy books for kids and to write in the books nice sayings quotes etc.. and then depositing the books outside in big containers so they could get out to the kids Then back to chick fil a to receive the year card and bonus card for 1 free meal for stair climbing By then I was so sick I just wanted to die Any who I'm a reward member and get alot of perks too So very easy to order online and pick up inside Or you can wait in long lines in the drive thru Both locations opened now and always great chicken...

I came through the drive through about 30 minutes ago. The girl who took my order in line was honestly kind of rude. She kept interrupting me as I was ordering. I would say “I’ll get an 8 count nugget meal, medium, with a sweet tea.” And she interrupted me deice in that sentence to ask a question she would have gotten the answer to if she just listened for 2 more seconds. And then she continued to do the same with the next meal I ordered. I understand chic fil a is busy and they don’t have time to lollygag but she went to far the other way and was rushing me. Not cool. I then get told to go sit in parking spot 3 and wait for my food, no biggie. Three cars park after me. All three cars get their food and I’m still waiting for mine. I had to ask someone on his way back in to check on my order. When mine finally does come out I continue home. Only to find out my order is wrong.

I ordered a chicken nugget meal and a chicken strip meal. Instead of given nuggets, I was given the saddest chic fil a sandwich I’ve ever seen. It was half of a pickle on a bun with a small piece of chicken that doesn’t even cover the bun haha. That’s so irritating. I would have gladly eaten the sandwich if it was a deluxe or at least had cheese on it but I feel like I got jipped when I was expecting nuggets and instead had to eat this :( we don’t usually have issues with this location, I think the employees just weren’t...

My favorite chick file a in Colorado springs. Staff is friendly and this location has a nicer atmosphere.

Updated review: Sadly my text above was my 5 star review a year ago. I'm a pretty frequent customer and my mother and I went today. (11/30/20) I was extremely disappointed. The food tasted good but the customer service was awful. The folks in the drive through lost our order 4 times. Then when we got to the window they told us our order still wasn't ready and we needed to wait at the flag pole in the parking lot. All the while they still hadn't take our payment at this point which really confused us and gave us no total. We waited an additional 10 minutes. Then when the gal finally brought us our food she told us she needed our payment but still didn't repeat back out total because she didn't know what it was so we had to guess how much our food was. I tried to tell her how unsatisfied we were with our service, how long we waited and how they kept losing and messing up or order and she did nothing to make it right. I had hoped a manager would have at least made it right, and honestly I've never had a chick fil a employee care less. I told her “I'm probably not going to leave a good review" and She just said “ok good" and walked away.Chick fil a has always been one of my favorites but it maybe a while before I go back especially this location.
