Decent wings, more expensive than most but they tell everyone wait times that are a complete lie.. if they say 15 minutes expect it to be closer to an hr. Tried talking to the owner and let him know to just be real with people .. people will wait 45 min to an hr but instead he argued with me that it usually takes 15-20 minutes at the latest. I have been here a dozen times and not once have they ever come close 15-20 minutes or having it ready in time.. not even close. So rather than get lied to and argue with the owner about something I know to not be true I’m done and won’t be back. You should really start being honest with people about your wait times or you will keep losing once loyal customers like myself. Hopefully this review is taken as an opportunity to grow. I have no desire to hurt a locally owned company through a bad review, my hope is you take this to heart and improve how you conduct your business and give your customers the respect they deserve by giving them real wait times.... UPDATE: gauging from his response below he did not learn anything.. again he turns it around and states it’s a problem with the customer and not the fact that they tell people incorrect times.. don’t you think that if your that busy it would make sense to tell people the wait time will be longer?. it was clear you were busy.. and it’s clear you work hard and care about your business but your attitude is terrible... I saw your employee still telling people it would take 15 minutes when it clearly wasn’t going to take 15 minutes (again people wouldn’t care if it takes longer, they just don’t want to be lied to, I don’t understand the motive to lie to people here).. there was no “approximate” time mentioned. Read moreOrdered a 20 piece combo on 2/13/22 at 2pm (Super Bowl Sunday) for pick-up at 4pm. I arrived promptly at 4pm and there was a line of at least 20 people, since they didn’t have separate lines for people who were picking up versus people who were ordering. It took 45 minutes for me to get to the front, and when I gave the cashier my name, she looked confused and scanned what seemed to be rows of sticky notes of other people’s orders. She said she couldn’t find my order, and when I offered to provide my phone number (which the employee on the phone asked for), she only looked confused and didn’t know what to say. While in line, I could hear the employees arguing with customers who had been waiting over an hour, close to 2 hours, etc., and making excuses such as “we’re extremely busy today” and “we’re working on 3 100 wings orders.” I could empathize more if 1. The employee who took my order over the phone had given me a heads up that they’d be extremely delayed due to the game and a large volume of orders, or 2. If they did a better job managing the line, i.e. making two separate lines for people ordering and people picking up. The entire situation was mishandled and sloppy, as they should have anticipated the large volume of orders on that day. Read moreOrdered this for dinner by placing my order over the phone. A young lady took my order after their phone rang for 8 minutes. She read the order back word for word. We went to pick up food and our avocado fries order was listed as small but she read back as a large but they gave me a small and when I corrected them they charged me an additional amount since they did only charge for a small even tho we ordered large and she repeated large twice when she read the order back. That was fine but when I got home there was no veggies in my combo order. When I called back to complain the lady on the phone sounded 12, put me on hold several times while she was supposed to get a manager then takes my info to have him call back. The only guy there was the cook who was wearing his mask on his chin, no hair net and using bare hands to pick up raw chicken!! He didn’t even wash hands the whole time! The wings and fries were good for the most part but definitely not hot. Not even that warm. The service is terrible. They are Unprofessional.
