Ive already called and made a complaint with their customer service office. I bought a pair of 6 dollar leggings and removed the tag, like any normal person would do prior to wearing them, I realized there was a hole on the butt. I immediately went to return them to the store. The manager at the store then told me I was unable to even exchange the leggings because the tags were removed and that I probably caused the hole when I removed the tags. Really? You place the tag on the butt of the leggings? I was sold a pair of leggings that had a hole in them and the store manager could care less about my business. The corporate office is just as difficult to work with. Everyone be warned this company has cheap defective material that they place on the racks, no wonder they wont return it without a tag on it, even though I had the receipt showing I had just purchased the leggings less then five hours prior. They know the quality is not adequate and their customer service is horrendous! I would never recommend this company to...
