When it comes to satisfying a craving for donuts and drinks, this chain remains a consistent and dependable choice. While it may not reinvent the wheel of baked goods or coffee culture, there’s a certain comfort in knowing exactly what you’ll get each time you walk through the doors.
The donuts, while traditional, deliver on what you’d expect: a pleasing sweetness with that unmistakable fluffy texture that feels like biting into a little piece of nostalgia. Whether you’re opting for a classic glazed, a colorful sprinkle-topped option, or one of their seasonal specials, the lineup offers just enough variety to keep things interesting without veering into experimental territory. It’s reliability at its finest.
The drink menu mirrors this sentiment, offering a range of beverages that cater to every taste, from simple brewed coffee to sugary lattes and iced teas. While the coffee won’t rival a boutique roastery, it’s perfectly serviceable and pairs well with the indulgent pastries on display.
Ultimately, this is a place that thrives on consistency. It’s the kind of spot where you know you can grab a quick bite or drink and be on your way without a fuss. Perfect for a casual morning treat or an afternoon pick-me-up, it serves its purpose well, proving that sometimes, dependable simplicity is...
Read moreI'm a frequent dunkin customer. Always get the same thing: decaf, hot, oatmilk late. That's it. Been to this location 3 times, and they've messed up my order, and weren't polite about fixing it/dealing with it every single time. The worst part is, even when I ordered through the app (to ensure they had the order correctly placed since I was doing it, instead of relying on them to merely be capable of listening to my order and pressing the right buttons) they proceeded to give me a large regular coffee (not late), and had regular milk in it, instead of oatmilk. And today when I went, I clarified to the person taking orders several times what I wanted, had them read it back to me, and they handed me a drink with normal milk. I am disabled with severe GI issues, and the fact that 2 out of my 3 order mishaps involved putting milk in my coffee is just unacceptable. The workers are mostly very young, but clearly undertrained regardless. This place is nice looking as it's newer, but has terribly unreliable service, is clearly mismanaged, and no effort to right the wrongs besides remaking the order, and acting like I've somehow inconvenienced them 😂. Next time I crave a dunkin coffee, I'll drive across town...
Read moreLast time I was at this establishment I went inside and the manager was very publicly and loudly reprimanding a staff member reducing his hours at a table on the dining floor among patrons…Accusing him of being unprofessional while she herself was being unprofessional. On that particular trip my donut hardly had any filling. Went back for another shot as I love (loved) the sourdough breakfast sandwich. This is a second time the candied bacon was used instead of or in addition to the regular bacon (what is supposed to be on the sandwich). I assume this is because they are too lazy to make more regular bacon to complete the order. In addition, my sandwich tasted and smelled of a chemical cleaner so I could not finish it. I don’t know if it’s the cleaner they are using on the toaster? But I know I couldn’t finish the sandwich not just because of the taste or smell but because of fear of chemical toxicity. I used to love going to this Dunkin, but the manager aforementioned is new to me since I’ve been going, and I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s the reason the place has gone downhill because of her attitude. I won’t be returning. Such a shame because I was always a...
